اﺧﺘﻼل در ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺤﺪودﯾﺖﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﻓﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد زراﻋﯽ آنﻫﺎ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، . در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪﻧ ﻘﺶ ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪﺑ ﺮ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ، ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰي و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﮐﻠﺰاﺗ ﺤﺖ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ آﺑﯿﺎري ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷ.ﺪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶﻪ ﺑ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ دو ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا در آﻣ.ﺪ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اول ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ آﺑﯿﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 50 )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ(، 80 )ﺗﻨﺶ ﻣﻼﯾﻢ( و 110 )ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﯿﻠﯽ( ﻣﺘﺮ ﺗﺒﺨﯿﺮ از ﺗﺸﺘﮏ ﺗﺒﺨﯿﺮ ﮐﻼس A و ﻋﺎﻣﻞ دوم ﺗﯿﻤﺎر 500 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ اﺳﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ ﺑﻮد ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ( ﺣ. ﺎﺻﻞ از آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ و ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ را ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ. ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰي ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓ.ﺖ در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﮐﻠﺰا ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﯾﺎﻓ.ﺖ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، اﻋﻤﺎل روش ﻫﺎي ﺻﺤﯿﺢ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ زراﻋﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻮاد آﻟﯽ ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد رﺷﺪ و ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﮐﺸﺎورزيﺑ ﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎي زراﻋﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Disorder in plants photosynthesis under environmental constraints like water deficit stress leads to reduced
crops productivity. Hence, the role of humic acid as organic material on chlorophyll content index,
photosynthetic activity of rapeseed plants under water stress condition was evaluated. A factorial experiment
based on RCBD design with three replicates was conducted. First factor was different levels of watering as
50mm (control), 80mm (middle water stress) and 110mm (severe water stress) evaporation from class A pan and
the second factor was application of 500 mg/l humic acid and without application of humic acid as control. The
results indicated that application of humic acid increased the chlorophyll content index and net photosynthesis
under water stress conditions. Performance index was decreased with increasing water stress conditions. Thus,
grain yield with application of humic acid under water stress improved. Therefore, to increases and sustainability
of crop productivity especially under water deficit or dryland condition it must be develop agronomic
management methods which leads to increase soil organic matter.
