چكيده فارسي :
بخش تعاون به عنوان يكي از اركان اصلي در نظام اقتصادي ايران مورد توجه برنامهريزان كشور است. از اينرو، تحقق اهداف
اقتصادي و هدايت فعاليت ها به سمت بخش تعاون به ويژه تعاوني توليد كشاورزي در ايران در شرايطي كه افزايش سريع جمعيت،
كاهش امنيت غذايي و افزايش ضريب وابستگي را به دنبال دارد، از جايگاه ويژهاي برخوردار مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر نيز، با
هدف بررسي ميزان دستيابي به اهداف تعاوني هاي توليد كشاورزي شهرستان گچساران انجام شده است. ابزار تحقيق، پرسشنامه اي
محقق ساخته شامل بخش هاي اهداف اجتماعي- فرهنگي، اهداف اقتصادي، اهداف محيطي (برون سازماني) و اهداف ساختاري
بود. فزونبر آن، ميزان پايايي مؤلفه هاي پرسشنامه بالاي 7 / 0 به دست آمد كه حاكي از اعتبار بالاي ابزار پژوهش مي باشد. تجزيه
و تحليل داده ها نيز با نرم افزار spss انجام شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر نيز اعضاي عادي تعاوني هاي توليد كشاورزي
شهرستان گچساران بود كه با نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده 90 نفر از اعضا به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان
داد كه 6 / 15 درصد اعضا ميزان دستيابي به اهداف تعاوني را در سطح ضعيف، 1 / 41 در صد متوسط، 4 / 24 درصد ميزان دستيابي
به اهداف تعاوني را در سطح خوب و 9 / 18 در سطح عالي ارزيابي كردند. در پژوهش حاضر سطح متوسط به بالا براي دستيابي
به اهداف تعاوني ها در نظر گرفته شد. در رتبه بندي مؤلفه هاي تأثيرگذار بر دستيابي به اهداف تعاوني، در تعاونيهاي مورد مطالعه
اهداف اجتماعي در رتبه اول، اهداف ساختاري در رتبه دوم، اهداف اقتصادي در رتبه سوم و اهداف محيطي در رتبه چهارم قرار
گرفت.

The cooperative sector was considered by the country planners as one of the main pillars of Iran economic system. Therefore, achieving economic goals and directing activities to the cooperative sector, especially the agricultural cooperative in Iran, has a special place in the context of rapid population growth, reduced food security and an increase in the dependency ratio. The present research was conducted with the aim of studying the Assessing the achievement of various goals rate of agricultural production cooperatives in Gachsaran County. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire that included sections of socio-cultural objectives, economic objectives, structural-infrastructure objectives, environmental objectives (Outside the organization), principles of cooperation and the degree of satisfaction of members. In spite of this, the reliability of the questionnaire components was higher than 0.7, which indicates the high reliability of the research instrument. Data analysis was done with SPSS software. The statistical population of this study was ordinary members of agricultural cooperatives in Gachsaran County which 90 members were selected by simple random sampling method. Findings of the research showed that 15.6 percent of the members assessed the Assessing the achievement of the cooperative at a weak level, 41.1 percent at the moderate level, 24.4 the Assessing the achievement percent at a good level and 18.9 percent at the highest level. In the present study, the moderate to high levels were considered the Assessing the achievement cooperatives.to be the activities. The ranking factors affecting the activities of the Assessing the achievement cooperatives, Social goals placed in the first rank, Structural goals placed in second rank, Economic goals ranked third and Environmental goals ranked fourth.
