بررسي نگرش دانشجويان كشاورزي در زمينه نياز به آموزش كارآفريني (مطالعه موردي: دانشكده كشاورزي همدان وكردستان)

Student's attitude towards entrepreneurship education needs (Case study: Hamedan Agricultural College, Kurdistan).

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق بررسي نگرش دانشجويان كشاورزي در زمينه نياز به دانش كارآفريني مي باشد تحقيق كاربردي حاضر از نوع توصيفي است كه به شيوه پيمايشي انجام شده است. جامعه آماري اين مطالعه دانشجويان سال آخر كليه رشته هاي كشاورزي در دانشگاه همدان و كردستان در سال 1395 بود. نمونه گيري به شيوه تمام شماري بود ( n=157 ). ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه ساختار يافته بود كه شامل چهار بخش اطلاعات فردي، نيازهاي دانشي دانشجويان در زمينه كارآفريني، نيازهاي گرايشي و نيازهاي مهارتي در زمينه كارآفريني و راه اندازي كسب و كار بود كه روايي محتوايي آن توسط تعدادي از متخصصين كشاورزي مورد تأييد قرار گرفت و پايايي آن نيز با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ سنجيده شد كه براي هر سه سطح مورد سنجش (دانش، نگرش، و مهارت) بالاتر از 8 / 0 بود. پس از جمع آوري داده ها و كدگزاري از نرم افزار Spss18 براي تجزيه و تحليل دادهها برگرفته شد. نتايج حاصل از همبستگي بين متغيرهاي مستقل تحقيق و سطوح نيازهاي آموزشي دانشجويان نشان داد: رابطه منفي بين متغير توانايي مقابله با مشكلات راه اندازي كسب و كار و ميزان نيازهاي دانشي كارآفريني وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج همبستگي متغير هاي فردي و نگرش به كارآفريني نشانگر آن است كه دانشجوياني كه توانايي مقابله با مشكلات راهاندازي كسب و كار جديد را دارند به ميزان بيشتري به كارآفريني علاقه دارند. نتايج حاصل از همبستگي بين متغيرهاي فردي و نيازهاي بخش مهارتي نشانگر رابطه مثبت و معني داري بين سن و نيازها به آموزش مهارتهاي كارآفريني وجود دارد.

The purpose of this research was to study the attitude of agricultural students about the need for entrepreneurship knowledge. The present research is a descriptive survey that has been conducted in a survey method. The statistical population of this study was the last year students of all agricultural fields at Hamedan University and Kurdistan University in 1395. Sampling was in full measure (n = 157). The data gathering tool was a structured questionnaire consisting of four sections of individual information, students' knowledge needs in entrepreneurship, trends in needs and skills requirements in entrepreneurship and business start up, content validity of which was approved by a number of agricultural experts and Its reliability was measured using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was more than 0.8 for all three levels of (knowledge ,attitude, skill). After collecting data and coding, Spss18 software was used to analyze the data. The results of the correlation between the independent variables of the research and the levels of educational needs of the students showed that there is a negative relationship between the ability to deal with business startup problems and the level of knowledge needs of entrepreneurship. Also, the results of the correlation between individual variables and attitudes toward entrepreneurship indicate that students who are able to cope with the problems of setting up a new business are more interested in entrepreneurship. The results of correlation between individual variables and skills needs indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between age and needs in training entrepreneurship skills.
