ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻮﺟﻮدات ﺧﺎﮐﺰي و رواﺑﻂ ﻫﻤﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻣﻔﯿﺪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺟﺰاء ﺑﻮم ﻧﻈﺎم در زﻧﺠﯿﺮه ﻫﺎي ﻏﺬاﺋﯽ و ﭼﺮﺧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺣﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﻧﻮﯾﻦ ﮐﺸﺎورزي ﭘﺎﯾﺪار اﺳﺖ در ﻫﻤﯿﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮات زﺋﻮﻟﯿﺖ و ورﻣﯽ ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ ﺑﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت اﮐﻮﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ ارﻗﺎم ﺳﻮﯾﺎ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﺳﭙﻠﯿﺖ اﺳﭙﻠﯿﺖ ﭘﻼت )ﮐﺮﺗﻬﺎي دو ﺑﺎر ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه( در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﺑﻠﻮﮐﻬﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ، ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺟﺪول ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ زﺋﻮﻟﯿﺖ در ورﻣﯽ ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ داراي اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري در ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺑﻮده، ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ آزﻣﻮن داﻧﮑﻦ در ﺳﻄﺢ 5 درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺰﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ازﻣﺼﺮف 10 ﺗﻦ ورﻣﯽ ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ ﺑﺎ 2211 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ آن ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻋﺪم ﻣﺼﺮف ورﻣﯽ ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 1499 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر ﺑﻮد، و رﻗﻢDPX از ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ارﻗﺎم ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮد، در اداﻣﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان درﺻﺪ روﻏﻦ و ﭘﺮوﺗﯿﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ازﻣﺼﺮف 10 ﺗﻦ ورﻣﯽ ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ ﺑﺎ 11/10 درﺻﺪ و 34/63 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﺮه در رﯾﺸﻪ از اﺛﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ازﻣﺼﺮف 10 ﺗﻦ ورﻣﯽ ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ ﺑﺎ 9/5 ﻋﺪد ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Investigation of soil organisms and the interaction of beneficial symbiotic relationships between
ecosystem components in food chains and life cycles is one of the new topics in sustainable agriculture. In
this regard, in order to investigate the effect of zeolit aand vermicompost on ecophysiological traits of
soybean cultivar, a field experiment was carried as split plot split plot (split split plot) in a randomized
complete block design with three replications. Main plots consisted of non application of zeolite and
application of 5 ton in ha zeolite, sub-plots containing three levels of vermicompost containing worms of
Isinia fuittida, non application of vermicompost (control), application of 5 ton in ha vermicompost and
10 ton in ha vermicompost, The sub-sub plots consist of two cultivar of Saman and DPX, so seeds were
also sown before planting with bacterial strain (Bradyrhizobium japonicum). Results of analysis of
variance showed that interaction of zeolite in vermicompost had significant effect on grain yield at 5%
level, comparison of means with Duncan's test at the 5% level also showed that the highest grain yield
was obtained from 10 ton vermicompost with 2211 kg / ha and the lowest was due to vermicompost
treatment with 1499 kg / ha, DPX had the highest grain yield at different cultivars, so results showed that
the highest percentage of oil and protein was obtained from 10 ton vermicompost with 11.10% and
34.63%, respectively, In terms of number of nodes in root, the highest number of nodes in root of
inoculated soybean was obtained by treatment of 10 ton vermicompost with 9.5 number.
