ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي و ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺑﺮ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي رﺷﺪي ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪﻫﺎي ﮐﯿﻨﻮا )Chenopodium quinoa willd( آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ 4 ﺗﮑﺮار در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1397 در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژي و ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي ﺑﺬر داﻧﺸﮑﺪهي ﻋﻠﻮم ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ )0، 3-، 6-، 9- ، 12-( ﺑﺎر و ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي در 8 ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، ﻫﯿﺪرو، آﻫﻦ، روي، آﻫﻦ+ روي، ﻧﺎﻧﻮآﻫﻦ، ﻧﺎﻧﻮروي، ﻧﺎﻧﻮآﻫﻦ+ ﻧﺎﻧﻮروي( ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از PEG 6000 اﯾﺠﺎد ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي آﻫﻦ از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت آﻫﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 4 در ﻫﺰار و ﻓﺮم ﻧﺎﻧﻮ از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻧﺎﻧﻮ اﮐﺴﯿﺪ آﻫﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﯾﮏ در ﻫﺰار، روي از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روي ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 3 در ﻫﺰار و ﻓﺮم ﻧﺎﻧﻮ از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻧﺎﻧﻮ اﮐﺴﯿﺪروي ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﯾﮏ در ﻫﺰار اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﺑﺮاي اﻋﻤﺎل ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﯿﺪروﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ در داﺧﻞ آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ در دﻣﺎي 25 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯽ ﮔﺮاد ﻗﺮار داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت دو ﻫﻔﺘﻪ در ﻣﻌﺮض ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر و ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي ﺑﺮ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺑﻮد. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ وزن ﺧﺸﮏ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ در ﭘﯿﺶﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ آﻫﻦ+روي در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ3- ﺑﺎر و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ وزن ﺧﺸﮏ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ در ﭘﯿﺶﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ 12- ﺑﺎر ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
To effect of Seed Priming with Nutrients and Drought on Growth Characteristics of quinoa (Chenopodium
quinoa willd) seedlings, factorial experiment with completely randomized design with four replications
was conducted in Seed Physiology and Technology Laboratory of Shahed University, Shahed University
in 2017 year . Experimental factors include: drought stress (0, -3, -6, -9, -12) times and seed priming with
8 elements (control, hydro, Fe, Zn, Fe + Zn, nano-Fe, Nano- Zn, nano-Fe +nano-Zn), Drought stress levels
were calculated using PEG 6000. For seed priming with nutrients used: Fe from Fe sulfate amount of 4 in
1000, and nano form, from Fe - nano oxide amount of 1 in 1000 , and for Zn from Zn sulfate amount of
3 in 1000 and nano form, from Zn- nano oxide amount of 1 in 1000 , and to apply hydropriming treatment ,
seeds were immersed in distilled water at 25 ° C for 24 hours and subjected to drought stress for two weeks.
The results showed that the effect of seed priming treatment with nutrients and dry Significant differences
were found for all traits at 1% level. The highest dry weight of seedling in the nutritional pretreatment of
the combination of Fe+ Zn under drought stress -3 and the lowest dry weight in the control pretreatment
In dry conditions it was -12 bar.. was obtained.
