ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻣﺮزه ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎﻧﻪ ).Satureja hortensis L( در ﯾﮏ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﺳﺎل 1394 ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ 2 ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻮد زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژﻧﻪ در 3 ﺳﻄﺢ )ﻋﺪم ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ، ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﻧﯿﺘﺮوﮐﺴﯿﻦ و ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﺳﻮﭘﺮﻧﯿﺘﺮوﭘﻼس( و ورﻣﯽ ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ در 4 ﺳﻄﺢ )0، 5، 10 و 15 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر( و در 3 ﺗﮑﺮار در اراﺿﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ ﮐﺸﺎورزي ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ران واﻗﻊ در ﻓﯿﺮوزﮐﻮه اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷ.ﺪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ وزن ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﮏ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺮﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﮔﻠﺪار، درﺻﺪ اﺳﺎﻧﺲ، درﺻﺪ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن، ﻓﺴﻔﺮ و ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ در اﻧﺪاﻣﻬﺎي ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ وزن ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﮏ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و درﺻﺪ اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺼﺮف 10 ﺗﻦ ورﻣﯽ ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺮﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﮔﻠﺪار، درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن و ﻓﺴﻔﺮ در اﻧﺪاﻣﻬﺎي ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد 15 ﺗﻦ ورﻣﯽ ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﺳﻮﭘﺮﻧﯿﺘﺮوﭘﻼس ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ در ﺻﻔﺎت اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي در ﻣﺮزه ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎﻧﻪ ﺷ.ﺪ ﻓﻘﻂ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن اﻧﺪاﻣﻬﺎي ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻧﯿﺘﺮوﮐﺴﯿﻦ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾ.ﺪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﺛﺮات ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ در اﻧﺪاﻣﻬﺎي ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ از ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد 15 ﺗﻦ ورﻣﯽ ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﺳﻮﭘﺮﻧﯿﺘﺮوﭘﻼس ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to study the effects of vermicompost and biological nitrogen fertilizer on yield and some qualitative
traits of summer savory, an experiment was conducted at agricultural research fields of RAN Company at
Firouzkuh, Iran in 2015. The experimental design was factorial experiment based on randomized complete
blocks design with two factors and three replications. The factors were biological nitrogen fertilizer at three
levels (Control, Nitroxine and Supernitroplus) and vermicompost at 4 levels (0, 5, 10 and 15 ton
vermicompost per hectare). Measured traits were consisted of fresh and dry plant weight, flowering shoot
yield, essential oil content, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium percentage in aboveground shoots. Results
showed that the highest fresh and dry plant weight and essential oil content was obtained by using 10 ton
vermicompost per hectare. Applying 15 ton vermicompost per hectare caused maximum flowering shoot
yield, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content in the abovegroung shoot. Mean comparison indicated
that seed inoculation with Supernitroplus had significant effects on all measured traits except for nitrogen
content in aboveground shoot. The maximum nitrogen content was obtained by using Nitroxine. Results of
interaction effects showed that using supernitroplus and 15 ton vermicompost per hectare caused maximum
potassium content in savory shoots.
