بررسي وضعيت موجود تعاوني هاي كشاورزي در صنعت دام استان همدان (مطالعه موردي: تعاوني هاي گاوداري شيري)

A Survey on the Status of Agricultural Cooperatives in Hamedan's Livestock Industry (Case Study: Dairy Cooperatives)

با وجود نقش با اهميتي كه تعاوني ها در نظام توليد كشاورزي ايفا مي كنند، همواره مشكلاتي وجود دارد كه آنها را از ابعاد گوناگون تهديد مي كنند. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسي وضعيت موجود تعاوني گاوداري شيري است. اين مطالعه به لحاظ هدف، كاربردي بوده و از نظر جمعآوري داده ها، به روش توصيفي - پيمايشي انجام شده است. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. براي تعيين روايي پرسشنامه از نظرات اساتيد دانشگاه بوعلي سينا و كارشناسان اداره تعاون، كار و رفاه اجتماعي استان همدان بهره گرفته شده است. روش ها و تكنيك هاي آماري مشتمل بر روش هاي توصيفي كه در قالب نرم افزار آماري SPSS مورد بررسي است. به دليل محدود بودن حجم نمونه ( 10 تعاوني گاوداري) تنها به آمار توصيفي پرداخته شده است. با توجه به نتايج بدست آمده از آسيب هاي بهداشتي، مي توان به نداشتن حوضچه با تشك ضدعفوني ورودي به زايشگاه و بيمارستان، نداشتن سكو يا رامپ تخليه دام با ارتفاع مناسب، عدم وجود تجهيزات به منظور انجام معاينات، عدم وجود مايه كوبي و آزمايش، نداشتن آزمايشگاه آناليز مواد غذايي دام، نداشتن حوضچه درب ورودي اصلي، نداشتن كارت بهداشتي كارگران از مراكز بهداشتي و آزمايش آب از نظر ميكروبي - شيميايي، نتايج بدست آمده از آسيب ها و مشكلات فني و عملكردي ميتوان به عدم وجود مسئول فني بهداشتي و اصطبل نيمه باز تليسه اشاره نمود. با توجه به نتايجي كه اشاره گرديد تعاوني ها از نظر شاخص هاي بهداشتي نامناسب و از نظر شاخص هاي فني- عملكردي مناسب تر مي باشد. در انتها پيشنهاداتي جهت توانمندسازي تعاوني هاي گاوداري ارائه شد.

Despite the important role that cooperatives play in the agricultural production system, there are always problems that threaten them from a variety of dimensions. The aim of this study was to investigate the existing situation of dairy cattle cooperatives. The purpose of this study was applied and the data were collected by descriptive-survey method. Data were collected by interview and researcher-made questionnaire. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, the views of the professors of Bu-Ali Sina University and the experts of the Department of Co-operation, Work and Social Welfare of Hamedan Province have been used. Methods and statistical techniques including descriptive methods which are analyzed using SPSS statistical software. Due to limited sample size (10 dairy cooperatives), only descriptive statistics have been considered. Regarding the results of health damage, it can be concluded that there is no pond with disinfection mats entering the hospital and the hospital, lack of a platform or rum, drainage of the livestock with appropriate height, lack of equipment for conducting examinations, absence of intestines Cubic and experimental, lack of a laboratory for analysis of livestock's foodstuffs, lack of a main entrance door basin, lack of workers' health cards from health centers and testing of water from a microbial-chemical point of view, the results of damage and technical and functional problems can be The lack of a technical sanitary officer and hemisphere semi-open stables. Regarding the results, the cooperatives are inappropriate for health indicators and are more suitable for technical-functional indicators. At the end, suggestions were made to empower cattle cooperatives.
