behavior of T- stub bolted connections under blast loading

the increase of accidental explosion in buildings as well as terroristic or hostile attacks revealed the need for investigating the behavior of structures under blast loading in this paper behavior of T-stub bolted connections under internal blast loading is investigated bolted connections are widely used in steel structures due to their high energy dissipating and ductility the connection is modeled by finite element software ABAQUS. to verify the ability of the software to correctly predict the behvior of the connection model verification if firstly conducted using the results of exprerimental tests and good agreement is achieved .
