ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮﻣﺎ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ و ﺗﺠﻤﻊ ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي اﮐﺴﯿﮋن ﻓﻌﺎل در ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺳﻤﯿﺖ زداﯾﯽ ROSﻫﺎي ﺗﺠﻤﻊ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي آﻧﺘﯽ اﮐﺴﯿﺪان ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺖ ﮔﯿﺎه در ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮﻣﺎ ﻣﻬﻢ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷ. ﺪ آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎى آﻧﺘﻰاﮐﺴﯿﺪان از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎى دﻓﺎﻋﻰ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن در ﻣﻬﺎر ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎى اﮐﺴﯿﮋن ﻓﻌﺎل ﻣﻰﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮﻣﺎ ﻃﯽ دوره ﭘﺮ ﺷﺪن داﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان روﻧﻮﯾﺴﯽ ژنﻫﺎي ﮐﺪﮐﻨﻨﺪه آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎي آﻧﺘﯽﮐﺴﯿﺪان در ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﮐﺮتﻫﺎي ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮكﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﮑﺮار در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1393-1394 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺗﻨﺶ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮﻣﺎ( و اﻋﻤﺎل ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮﻣﺎ و ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر ﻓﺮﻋﯽ ﭼﻬﺎر رﻗﻢ ﮔﻨﺪم زراﻋﯽ )اﺗﺮك، ﭼﻤﺮان، اروﻧﺪ و ﻣﺎرون(، ﺑﺎ درﺟﻪ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮﻣﺎ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﮐﻤﯽ RT-PCR ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﺛﺮات ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري را از ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧ.ﺪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﯿﺰان روﻧﻮﯾﺴﯽ از ژنﻫﺎي آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ )APX, GR ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن در واﮐﻨﺶ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮﻣﺎ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺻﻮرت ﮐﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮﻣﺎ ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اﯾﻦ ژنﻫﺎ در ارﻗﺎم ﻣﻘﺎوم ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺴﺎس ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Heat stress can provide you with special products and experiences, allowing you to use special services.Antioxidant enzymes are The most important defensive strategies of plants in active oxygen species. The aim of this study is evaluate the transcription of genes encoding Antioxidant enzymes involved in heat stress in wheat cultivars. The study was conducted in farm of Ramin Agriculture and Natural Resources University of Khuzestanwas in 1393. the experiment was done Split plot in a randomized complete block design with three replications. The main factor of this experiment was the stress on two levels: control and heat stress and sub-plots of four varieties of wheat (Atrak, Chamran, Arvand and maroon), with the different susceptibility to heat stress. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis of the studied traits showed significant effects on the treatments. The results showed that the rate of transcription of antioxidant genes (apx, gr) of different bread wheat cultivars in response to heat was different. However, heat stress increased these genes more in resistant than susceptible cultivars.
