استراتژي عوامل تأثيرگذار در مشاركت آموزش و ترويج كشاورزي بر مديريت منابع آب

Effective Factors Strategy in Partnership of Agricultural Extension and Education on Water Resources Management

آموزش به عنوان يكي از كليدي ترين ابزارها در تحقق توسعه انساني مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. تا از اين طريق انسان ها به عنوان محورهاي توسعه بتوانند ضمن كسب توانمندي هاي جديد به ايفاي نقشي فعال و تأثيرگذار در توسعه بپردازند. براي آموزش كشاورزان از فنون يادگيري مختلفي ا ستفاده مي شود كه بيشتر جنبه اكتشافي دارند. ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي نوعي آموزش غير رسمي به روستائيان و علاقه مندان به كشاورزي براي آشنايي و استفاده از فناوري هاي نو جهت افزايش توليد و بهره وري، درآمد، ارتقاي سطح زندگي توليدكنندگان كشاورزي و رسيدن به اهداف توسعه پايدار كشاورزي و رو ستايي ا ست. نوعي مداخله گري ارتباطي حرفه اي كه تو سط يك نهاد به منظور ايجاد تغييرات داوطلبانه رفتاري در كشاورزان با فرض داشتن منافع جمعي يا اجتماعي بنا مي شود. امروزه بحران آب، به عنوان يكي از اساسي ترين چالش هاي توسعه بخش كشاورزي در ايران، ضرورت اهميت و توجه به مديريت منابع آب و مطالعات بيشتر در اين زمينه را فراهم نموده است. بدون شك آگاه سازي و ارتقاي سطح درك كشاورزان از بحران آب به وجود آمده وظيفه خطيري است كه نه بر عهده ي يك سازمان، بلكه مسئوليتي ا ست كه غالب سازمان هاي دولتي و غيردولتي مي بايست بخش قابل توجهي از توان و انرژي خود را صرف آن نمايند. از اين رو در پژوهش حاضر ضرورت استفاده از روش هاي نوين آموزش به منظور دستيابي به توسعه پايدار منابع آب بيان گرديده است.

Education is considered as one of the most important tools for the realization of human development. To this end, humans as developmental axis, can play an active and influential role in development while gaining new capabilities. To education the farmers, it uses different learning techniques that have most exploratory aspects. Extension and education of agriculture is an informal education for villagers and agricultural enthusiasts to familiarize and use new technologies to increase production, productivity and income, and improve the livelihoods of agricultural producers and achieving the goals of agricultural and rural development. A kind of professional communication intervention that is created by an entity to create voluntary behavioral changes in farmers, assuming collective or social benefits. Today, water crisis, as one of the most important challenges in the development of agricultural sector in Iran, has made it necessary to pay attention to water resources management and more studies in this field. Undoubtedly, awareness and raising the level of understanding of farmers from the water crisis is a major responsibility that is not the responsibility of an organization, but it is the responsibility the most of government and non-governmental organizations that they should spend a significant portion of their power and energy. Therefore, in the present study, the necessity of using modern methods of education in order to achieve sustainable water resources development has been stated.
