ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺧﺴﺎرت ﮐﺮم ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﺧﻮار ﻧﯿﺸﮑﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﻧﯿﺸﮑﺮرﻗﻢ CP57-614 در ﮐﺸﺖ وﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﻧﯿﺸﮑﺮ ﮐﺎرون

ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﺧﻮاران ﻧﯿﺸﮑﺮ ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ آﻓﺎت اﯾﻦ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻧﯿﺸﮑﺮﮐﺎري دﻧﯿﺎ و اﯾﺮان ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـﻨﺪ اﯾـﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿـﻖ در ﺳـﺎل 1398ﺑـﺮ روي وارﯾﺘﻪ CP57-614 ﮐﻪ وارﯾﺘﻪ زودرس ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯿﺸﻮد در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺗﯽ ﺗﺴﺖ اﺳﺘﯿﻮدﻧﺖ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ 17 ﻣﺰرﻋـﻪ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻃﺮح دوﯾﺴﺖ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺧﺴﺎرت ﺳﺎﻗﻪ و ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮه اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و در ﻫﺮ ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑـﺮداري ﺟﻬـﺖ ﺑـﺮآورد ﻣﺸﺨﺼـﺎت ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﻧﯿﺸﮑﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ وﺟـﻮد ﮔﺴـﺘﺮدﮔﯽ درﺻـﺪ ﺧﺴـﺎرت ﺳـﺎﻗﻪ، ﺑـﺪﻟﯿﻞ ﺑﺮداﺷـﺖ زودﻫﻨﮕﺎم اﻣﮑﺎن ﺧﺴﺎرت ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮه ﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ ودرﺻﺪ ﺧﺴﺎرات ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮه ﮐﻢ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨـﯿﻦ درﺻـﺪ ﺧﺴـﺎرت ﺑـﻪ ﭘـﻞ، ﺑﺮﯾﮑﺲ و درﺻﺪ ﺧﻠﻮص ﻧﯿﺸﮑﺮ ﺑﺪﻟﯿﻞ ﺧﺴﺎرت اﻧﺪك درﺻﺪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮه ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﻧﺸﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ واﺣﺪ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺷﺮﻗﯽ و ﺟﻨﻮﺑﯽ واﻗﻊ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪدرﺻﺪ ﺧﺴﺎرت ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد.

Sugarcane stem borer are the most important pests of this crop in the sugarcane regions of the world and Iran. This study was performed on the CP57-614 variant, which is considered to be the earliest variant in 2019 in the form of a Student T-test design. At harvest time, 17 field were selected as 200 stems to determine stem damage and internodes, and sampled at each farm to estimate sugarcane quality and transferred to the laboratory. The results showed that despite the wide percentage of stem damage, due to early harvesting, it was not possible to damage more internodes and had a lower percentage of interneuron damage. Also, the percentage of damage to Pol, brix and sugarcane purity was not significant due to the small percentage of internodes. Units located in eastern and southern positions were also more likely to be damaged.
