ﭼﮑﯿﺪه
ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ در ﺷﮑﻞ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮﻣﺎﯾﯽ از ﻧﻘﻄﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺻﻼح ﮔﻨﺪم ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺣﺎﯾﺰ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و اﺟﺰاي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد 256 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﮔﻨﺪم از ﮐﻠﮑﺴﯿﻮن ﮔﻨﺪم ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ژن ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﻠﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮﻣﺎ در ﻓﺎز زاﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻟﺰوم ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﻟﮑﻮﻟﯽ و ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﻟﻮﮐﻮس ﻫﺎي ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺻﻔﺎت ﮐﻤﯽ )QTLs( و ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻖ اﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺤﺚ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﻋﻮاﻗﺐ ﺳﺎده ﺳﺎزي ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻬﻮﻟﺖ ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﺎت ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺑﯿﻮﻟﻮژي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Management of breeding programs for wheat will be more effective upon availability of knowledge on
components determine yield and its components under both normal and heat stress condition. In this
study, factor analysis was applied to compare under normal and heat stress in the generative phase for
yield and its components of 256 wheat accessions obtained from wheat collection of Iranian Plant
Genetic Resources. Integration of factor analysis concepts with molecular, QTL physiological point of
view is necessary to interpret the data collected in biological systems. Excessive amount of
simplification was suggested to be avoided in the biological data interpretation.
