بررسي سازگاري و پايداري لاين هاي جهش يافته كلزا (Brassica napus L.)

Study of Compatibility and Stability of Canola Mutant Lines (Brassica napus L.)

به منظور ارزيابي پايداري و سازگاري 22 لاين جهش يافته و رقم كلزا در مناطق سرد و معتدل سرد كشور، ژنوتيپها در چهارمنطقه كرج،زرقان، كرمانشاه، اصفهان در سال زراعي 1396 -95 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند و در پايان فصل رشد عملكرد دانه اندازه گيري گرديد. تجزيه واريانس مركب حاكي از تفاوت معنيدار اثر مكان، ژنوتيپ و سال در مكان و اثر ژنوتيپ در سال در مكان بود. براين اساس بررسي پايداري و سازگاري براساس روش ناپارامتري، رگرسيون ابرهارت و راسل انجام شد و براساس نتايج حاصل از ژنوتيپهايZ-900-9، Z-900-10، Z-900-7، Z-900-8, T-1200-1، Ahmadi داراي پايداري بالا، ژنوتيپهاي ،Z-800-6، Exp-900-1 ناپايدار، ژنوتيپ هاي 1215،Exp-800-3، T-900-4 داراي سازگاري خصوصي با محيطهاي مساعد و ژنوتيپهاي Z-800-3، Z-900-3، Z-900-6، Zarfam داراي سازگاري خصوصي با محيطهاي نامساعدند

In this study, the adaptability and stability of 22 rapeseed mutant lines and their parents were evaluated with three cultivars under four different environmental conditions (Karaj- Zarghan- Kermanshah- Isfahan) in a randomized complete block design with three replication in 2015-2016. At the end of the growing season, seed yield was measured. The results of combined analysis of variance indicated significant differences between the effects of location, genotype and year on location and the effect of genotype per year on location. On this basis, stability and adaptability studies were performed based on non-parametric methods, Eberhart and Russell regression method. based on the results of genotypes Z-900-9, Z-900-10, Z-900-7, Z-900-8, T-1200-1, Ahmadi was identified as stable genotypes. Z-800-6, Exp-900-1 as unstable genotypes. Exp-800-3, T-900-4,1215 genotypes have specific adaptability reaction to appropriate environments. Z-800-3, Z-900-3, Z-900-6 and Zarfam have specific adaptability on Unfavorable environments.
