چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮرﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﭙﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮕﺮوي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر اﻧﺠﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﺎﺑﺪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ ﺑﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﮑﺮار در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﺎﻏﺒﺎﻧﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻌﻠﻮم ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ راﻣﯿﻦ ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎﻧﺎﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﺸﺎﻣﻞ: ا( ﺧﯿﺴﺎﻧﺪن ﺑﺬر در زﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي 2،1 و 3 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ درآب وﻟﺮم، 2( اﺳﯿﺪ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮرﯾﮏ 96 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 2،1 و 3 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ، 3( اﺳﯿﺪ ﻧﯿﺘﺮﯾﮏ 65 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت2،1 و 3 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ، 4( اﺳﯿﺪﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪرﯾﮏ 37 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت2،1 و 3 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ. ﭘﺴﺎزﺷﺎﻧﺰدﻫﺮوزازآﻏﺎز آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﺼﻔﺎﺗﺪرﺻﺪﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ،ﺳﺮﻋﺘﺠﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ،ﻃﻮﻟﺮﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ ﺑﻪ رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮﯾﺸﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ زﻣﺎن و ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ) اﺳﯿﺪﻫﺎ و ﺧﯿﺴﺎﻧﺪن( اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ،ﻃﻮﻟﺮﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮﻟﺴﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ ﺑﻪ رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ داﺷﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ زﻣﺎن و ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر اﺳﯿﺪ ﻧﯿﺘﺮﯾﮏ در ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن2 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ و اﺳﯿﺪ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮرﯾﮏ در زﻣﺎن3 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ ﺑﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to the effect of different priming treatments on germination of seed Ficusreligiosa the
experiment was laid out as a factorial in a randomized complete design with three replications in
horticulture laboratory in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University of Khuzestan.
Treatments consisted of:1) seed hydration in time 1, 2 , 3 minutes in tepid water, 2) H2SO4 96% in
time 1, 2, 3, 3) HNO3 65% in time 1, 2, 3, 4) HCl 37% in time 1, 2 , 3 minutes. After 16 day of
germination, percentage of germination, seed germination rate, mean time to germination, radical
length, shoot length, shoot-radicle ratio were measured. The results show that the interaction effect
time and treatments (Acids and hydration) have significant effects on percentage of germination, seedgermination rate, mean time to germination, radical length, shoot length, shoot-radicle ratio. The
results also show that the interactive effect time and treatments has the highest and lowest percentage
of germination, which was related to treatments of HNO3 in time 2 minute and H2SO4 in time 3
minute.
