ﭼﮑﯿﺪه
ﺧﺸﮑﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﺗﻨﺶﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ ﻏﯿﺮ زﯾﺴﺘﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﺪودﮐﻨﻨﺪه رﺷﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن در ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻧﻘﺎط ﺟﻬﺎن ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ ﺑﺮازﻣﺒﻞ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﺮه ﻧﻌﻨﺎﻋﯿﺎن )Lamiaceae( ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. دوﮔﻮﻧﻪ P.abrotanoidesو P.atriplicifoliaﻣﺘﺪاولﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ در اﯾﺮان ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻗﺒﻞ از ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﯽ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ اﻋﻤﺎل و ﺳﭙﺲ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﺑﺮﮔﯽ در ﺑﺎزهﻫﺎي زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺻﻔﺮ )ﺑﻌﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﻫﺪ(، ﺳﻪ، ﭘﻨﺞ، ﻫﻔﺖ و ﻧﻪ روز ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﻓﻨﻮﻟﯿﮏ، ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﻼوﻧﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﮐﻞ و ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ آﻧﺘﯽ اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽﻫﺎ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻧﻤﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻓﻨﻮﻟﮑﻞ، ﻓﻼوﻧﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﮐﻞ و ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ آﻧﺘﯽ اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓ.ﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮرﯾﮑﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ اﯾﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت در روز ﻧﻬﻢ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﮔﻮﻧﻪ، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻓﻨﻮل و ﻓﻼوﻧﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﺗﺎم و ﺧﺎﺻﯿﺖ آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ در ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ P.abrotanoides ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻓﻨﻮﻟﯽ و آﻧﺘﯽ اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ در ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﺮازﻣﺒﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Drought stress is one of the most important abiotic stress factors that limits plant growth in most parts of
the world. PerovskiaL. as medicinal plant belongs to Lamiaceae family.P.abrotanoides followed by P.
atriplicifolia are identified as endemic species of Iran. In this study, plants were subjected to drought
stress at early flowering stage and then leaves were harvested on the first day of the non-watering
treatment (as control) and then after 3, 5, 7 and 9 days. The present study aimed to investigate the
phenolic content, total flavonoid and antioxidant activity of studied species. The results showed that the
amount of total phenols, total flavonoids and antioxidant activities elevated with increasing duration of
stress in both species. The highest values of these traits were obtained at day ninth of stress. Besides, the
highest amount of bioactive compounds as well as antioxidant activity were observed in P.abrotanoides
species, as compared to the other one. Thus, drought stress could be increased phenolics and antioxidant
activity in PerovskiaL.
