ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻫﺎي ﻏﯿﺮزﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﮐﺸﺎورزي در ﺧﺎك ﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺧﺸﮏ و ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺧﺸﮏ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ واﮐﻨﺶ ﺟﻮ رﻗﻢ ﻧﻮﻣﺎر ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت داﻧﺸﮕﺎه زاﺑﻞ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺻﻔﺮ،150، 300 دﺳﯽ زﯾﻤﻨﺲ در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ اوﻟﯿﻪ رﺷﺪ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از اﻋﻤﺎل ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ وزن ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ، وزن ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﮏ اﻧﺪام ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﮐﺎﻫﺶ در ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ وزن ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ و وزن ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﮏ اﻧﺪام ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺷﺪ و ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري 300 دﺳﯽ زﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Salinity is one of the most important non-biotic stresses that reduce crop production in arid and
semiarid soils. In order to investigate the response of Nomar cultivar to salinity stress, a completely
randomized design with three replications was conducted in Zabol University Research Laboratory.
Salinity stress was applied at three levels of zero, 150 and 300 dS in the early stages of growth. After
applying salinity stress some morphological traits such as fresh and dry root weight, root length, stem
length, fresh and dry weight of shoot were measured. The results of analysis of variance showed that
there was a significant difference between the levels of salinity stress for all studied traits. Based on
the results of mean comparison with increasing salinity stress, reduction in some traits such as fresh
and dry root weight, root length, shoot length and fresh and dry weight of shoots was higher than
control and the highest decrease in studied traits was observed to 300 dS the control.
