LEDsﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻧﻮر ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﺮاي رﺷﺪ ﮔﯿﺎه را در ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ و ﮐﻤﯿﺖ وﯾﮋهاي ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ آورﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻧﻮرﻫﺎي الاي-دي آﺑﯽ و ﻗﺮﻣﺰ و ﻧﻮر ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﻓﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ و ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ ﮐﺎﻻﻧﮑﻮﺋﻪ، ﻗﻠﻤﻪﻫﺎي رﯾﺸﻪدارﺑﺎ 5 ﺗﮑﺮار ﮐﺸﺖ ﺷﺪه و در 2 اﺗﺎﻗﮏ ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺣﺎوي ﻻﻣﭗﻫﺎي )LED( ﺑﺎ ﻃﯿﻒﻫﺎي ﻧﻮري ﻗﺮﻣﺰ و آﺑﯽ و در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻬﺒﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻗﺮار داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ و ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮﻫﻤﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮر ﻗﺮﻣﺰ ﺑﻮد. ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ وزن ﺗﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺴﺎره ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻧﻮري آﺑﯽ ﺑﻮد و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي وزن ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺴﺎره، ﺣﺠﻢ رﯾﺸﻪ و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ در ﻧﻮر ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ و ﻧﻮر آﺑﯽ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ وﻟﯽ ﺑﯿﺶ از ﻧﻮر ﻗﺮﻣﺰ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. از آﻧﺠﺎ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﮐﺎﻻﻧﮑﻮﺋﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻧﻮري LEDآﺑﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻮر ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻮر ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ،ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ و از ﻧﻈﺮ زﯾﺒﺎﯾﯽ ﻇﺎﻫﺮي ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان آن را ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﯾﺎ ﻓﺼﻞﻫﺎي ﺑﺎ ﻧﻮر ﮐﻢ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﮐﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
LEDs can provide the light needed to grow a plant in a special quality and quantity. In order to compare the effect of blue and red LEDs and greenhouse light on morphological and physiological indices of Kalanchoe, root cuttings were cultivated with 5 replicates in 2 separate chambers containing lamps LEDs. With red and blue light spectra as well as in greenhouse conditions as control. The highest stem length and internodes were in red light. The highest shoot fresh weight belonged to blue light and the root and shoot dry weight, root volum and leaf area indices were not significantly different in greenhouse and blue light but were more than red light. Leaf chlorophyll content in greenhouse light was lower than other treatments but there was no significant difference between chlorophyll and carotenoids in blue and red light. Because the response of the studied Kalanchoe plants to blue LED light was not significantly different from that of natural greenhouse light and they were superior in appearance, so it can be recommended for low light areas or seasons.
