چكيده فارسي :
اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ و رﺷﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ دو رﻗﻢ ﺳﻮﯾﺎ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر دو رﻗﻢ ﺳﻮﯾﺎ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﻮن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ آب ﺷﻮر در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ EC )0، 3، 6،9 و 12( دﺳﯽ زﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ آﺑﯿﺎري ﺷﺪﻧ.ﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ، ﻃﻮل ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ، وزن ﺗﺮ، وزن ﺧﺸﮏ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻮري )(SSIارﻗﺎم ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺷﻮري ﻫﻔﺖ روز ﭘﺲ از ﮐﺸﺖ اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪﻧ.ﺪ ﺷﻮري ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ وزن ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪﭼﻪ وﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ در ﻫﺮ دو رﻗﻢ ﮔﺮدﯾ.ﺪ رﺷﺪ ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ ﺑﯿﺶ از رﺷﺪ رﯾﺸﻪﭼﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓ.ﺖ رﻗﻢ ﻫﺎﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻮري )(SSI ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي را ﻧﺴﺐ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺷﻮري از ﺧﻮد ﻧﺸﺎن داد.
چكيده لاتين :
This study was carried out to determine the effect of salinity on germination and seedling growth of two
soybean cultivars .For this purpose, two soybean cultivars were tested in vitro for seed germination. Seeds
were irrigated with saline water at different levels of EC (0, 3, 6, 9 and 12 dS / m). Germination, seedling
length, fresh weight, dry weight and salinity sensitivity index (SSI) of cultivars were measured under
salinity conditions seven days after cultivation. Salinity stress significantly reduced root and shoot dry
weight in both cultivars. Stem growth, either more than root growth, was negatively affected by salinity
stress. Hobbit cultivar based on salinity index (SSI) showed more resistance to salinity.
