ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد دﻫﻨﺪه ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ و اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺴﯿﻠﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﮐﻠﺰا )رﻗﻢ ﻧﯿﻤﺎ( ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ دو ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ 4 ﺗﮑﺮار 25 ﺑﺬري در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﺬر داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﯾﺎﺳﻮج در ﺳﺎل 1398 اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺴﯿﻠﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ در 4 ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺻﻔﺮ )آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ(، 0/5، 1 و 1/5 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺴﯿﻠﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ( و ﻋﺎﻣﻞ دوم ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ در 4 ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺻﻔﺮ )آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ(، 3-، 6- و 9- ﺑﺎر( ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺳﺒﺐ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ در ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ و ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ )90 درﺻﺪ( در ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺴﯿﻠﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ 0/5 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر و ﻋﺪم ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ )29/29 درﺻﺪ( در ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺴﯿﻠﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ 1/5 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ 9 - ﺑﺎر ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﮐﻠﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎي ﮐﻠﺰا ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺴﯿﻠﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ 0/5 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﻮح دﯾﮕﺮ، ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﮐﻠﺰا )رﻗﻢ ﻧﯿﻤﺎ( در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Seed priming technique has been introduced as an Improving agent of germination and establishment
under environmental stresses. In order to evaluate effect seed priming with salicylic acid on
germination indices of rapeseed (Nima cultivar) under drought stress, two-factor factorial experiment
in completely randomized design with 4 replications of 25 seeds at Seed Science and Technology
Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Yasouj University in 2019. Experimental treatments included
priming with salicylic acid at 4 levels (0 (distilled water), 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mM salicylic acid) and the
second factor is drought stress at 4 levels (0 (distilled water), -3, -6 and -9 bar). The results showed
that drought stress decreased germination indices and priming treatments increased germination
indices. The highest germination percentage (90%) was observed in 0.5 mM salicylic acid and 0 bar
drought stress and the lowest germination percentage (29.29%) was observed in 1.5 mM salicylic acid
and -9 bar drought stress. In general, it can be concluded that priming of rapeseed seeds with 0.5 mM
salicylic acid compared to other levels improved the germination parameters of rapeseed (Nima
cultivar) under optimum conditions and drought stress.
