چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ داﻣﻨﻪ وﺳﯿﻌﯽ از ﺳﺎزوﮐﺎﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ و ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻏﺪه در ﺳﯿﺐزﻣﯿﻨﯽ را ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﯽﮐﻨﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮدوﺳﯽ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ در ﺳﺎل 1395 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، اﻣﮑﺎن ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﺗﺒﺎدل ﮔﺎزي، ﺻﻔﺖﻫﺎي ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد در دو رﻗﻢ رﯾﺰﻏﺪه ﺳﯿﺐزﻣﯿﻨﯽ ).Solanum tuberosum L( )آﮔﺮﯾﺎ و ﻓﻮﻧﺘﺎ(ﻧﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢﮐﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎيرﺷﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ )ﺑﻨﺰﯾﻞ آﻣﯿﻨﻮﭘﻮرﯾﻦ، آﺑﺴﯿﺰﯾﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ آنﻫ(ﺎ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺷﺮوع ﻏﺪهدﻫﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓ.ﺖ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ، ﻫﺪاﯾﺖ روزﻧﻪاي و ﺗﻌﺮق ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن در ﻫﺮ دو رﻗﻢ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﻨﺰﯾﻞ آﻣﯿﻨﻮﭘﻮرﯾﻦ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﭘﺮﺷﺪن ﻏﺪه اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓ.ﺖ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﮐﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ b a و ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ ﮐﻞ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. در آﮔﺮﯾﺎ، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ ﮐﻞ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﻨﺰﯾﻞ آﻣﯿﻨﻮﭘﻮرﯾﻦ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ، در ﺣﺎﻟﯽﮐﻪ، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان اﯾﻦ ﺻﻔﺖ در رﻗﻢ ﻓﻮﻧﺘﺎﻧﻪ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر آﺑﺴﯿﺰﯾﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷ.ﺪ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻏﺪه در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزن ﻏﺪه و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻏﺪه ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﻨﺰﯾﻞ آﻣﯿﻨﻮﭘﻮرﯾﻦ و آﺑﺴﯿﺰﯾﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓ.ﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ، ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢﮐﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ ﺑﻨﺰﯾﻞ آﻣﯿﻨﻮﭘﻮرﯾﻦ، آﺑﺴﯿﺰﯾﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ و ﯾﺎ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ آنﻫﺎ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺻﻔﺎت ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻏﺪه اﯾﻦ رﻗﻢﻫﺎ ﻣﻔﯿﺪ واﻗﻊ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Plant hormones regulate a wide range of mechanisms in potato growth and tuber formation. This
study was conducted at research greenhouse of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2016. Possibility
of improving physiological traits and minituber yield of two potato cultivars (Solanum tuberosum L.,
cvs. Agria and Fontane) by application of plant growth regulators (PGRs) (BAP, ABA and
BAP+ABA) at tuber initiation stage were investigated. Photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, and
transpiration rate were increased by application of BAP at tuber bulking stage. Foliar application of
PGRs also increased leaf chlorophyll a, b, and total chlorophyll content of plants compared with the
control. The greatest total leaf chlorophyll content in Agria and Fontane was recorded when BAP and
ABA were applied, respectively. Tuber yield per plant, mean tuber weight, and tuber number of PGRtreated
plants also increased compared with control. Based on the results, either BAP or ABA, and
their combination could positively use for improving physiological parameters and tuber yield of
these two potato cultivars.
