ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ و ﺑﻨﯿﻪ ﺑﺮ ﮐﻠﺰا اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ و درﺻﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﻫﻤﻪ ﺗﻮدهﻫﺎي ﺑﺬر ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎي ﺗﻮده ﺷﻤﺎره 1 ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﻮد و ﺗﻮده ﺷﻤﺎره 5و 6 ﺑﺘﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ و درﺻﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﻮدهﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ درﺻﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﮐﻤﺘﺮي داﺷﺘﻨﺪ، ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ زﻣﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ-زﻧﯽ )MGT( ﺑﺎﻻ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ و ﺗﻮدهﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ درﺻﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ، MGTﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ.ﺳﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯿﻨﻬﺎﯾﯽ،درﺻﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻬﻨﺮﻣﺎﻟﻮﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﺰﻣﺎﻧﺠﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯿﻨﺸﺎندﻫﻨﺪه ﺑﻨﯿﻪ ﺑﺬر ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس آن ﺗﻮده 1 ﺿﻌﯿﻒﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﻨﯿﻪ را در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﻮدهﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺷﺪه ﺑﻄﻮر دﻗﯿﻖ ﺗﻮدهﻫﺎي ﺿﻌﯿﻒ را از ﺗﻮدهﻫﺎي ﺑﺎ ﺑﻨﯿﻪ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺟﺪا ﮐﺮد.در اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ، آزﻣﻮن ﺑﻨﯿﻪ 19 ﺗﻮده ﮐﻠﺰا ﺑﻪ روش ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺷﺪه، ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ، ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل درﺻ(ﺪ و MGT روز( ﺑﻪ ﺷﺪت ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺗﻮدهﻫﺎي ﺷﻤﺎره 8و 11، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺷﺪه داﺷﺘﻨﺪ.ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺗﻮده ﻫﺎي ﺑﺎ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﻌﺪ از CD، ﻧﺴﺒﺘﺎً درﺻﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮي داﺷﺘﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The results of this experiment to determine the germination percentage and vigor of rapeseed showed that the final germination percentage and normal seedling percentage of all studied seed masses were high except for number 1; while number 5 and 6 respectively had the highest germination percentage and normal seedling percentage. Also, those with lower percentage of normal seedling had higher mean germination time (MGT) and those with higher percentage of normal seedling showed lower MGT. Three indices of final germination percentage, percentage of normal seedling and mean germination time indicated seed vigor, according to which mass 1 showed the weakest vigor among the masses. Also controlled burnout test accurately separated weak masses from high vigor masses. In this experiment, vigor test of 19 canola masses using controlled burn method showed that final germination percentage, normal seedling (%) and MGT (day) were strongly affected by burnout. The number 8 and 11 masses had the highest and lowest physiological germination after controlled exhaustion, respectively. Therefore, high germination masses after CD had a relatively higher percentage of normal seedlings.
