چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ در ﺳﯿﺮ).Allium sativum،( 18 ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ از اﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮكﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﮑﻞ ﮐﻮرم، ﺷﮑﻞ ﮐﻮرﻣﭽﻪ، وزن ﮐﻮرم، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ در زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ، وزن ﮐﻞ ﻫﺮ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮگ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ وزن ﮐﻮرم ﺑﻪ وزن ﮐﻞ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺳﺎده ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎ از ﻧﻈﺮ 6 ﺻﻔﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار وﺟﻮد دارد)0/01≤p(. ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ وزن ﮐﻞ ﻫﺮ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮگ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ در زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ و وزن ﮐﻮرم در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل 1% ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to study genetic diversity in garlic (Allium sativum), 18 genotypes of this plant were evaluated in
a randomized complete block design with three replications at Research Farm of Faculty of Agriculture,
Shahed University. The studied traits were corm shape, cormlet shape, corm weight, number of leaves at
maturity, total leaf weight per plant and ratio of corm weight to total plant weight. Results of simple
analysis of variance showed significant differences among genotypes for 6 traits (p≤0.01).The correlation
between total weight of each plant with leaf and number of leaves at harvest time and corm weight was
significant at 1% probability level.
