ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮐﻢ آﺑﯽ اﻧﺘﻬﺎي ﻓﺼﻞ و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط ﺗﺄﺧﯿﺮي ﻧﺨﻮد ﺑﺎ ﺟﻮ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺟﻮ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت اﺳﭙﻠﯿﺖ ﭘﻼت در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮكﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 97 - 1396 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ داراب، داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﯿﺮاز اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ رژﯾﻢ آﺑﯿﺎري در دو ﺳﻄﺢ )آﺑﯿﺎري ﻣﻄﻠﻮب و ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﯿﺎري از ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺷﯿﺮي ﺷﺪن داﻧﻪ ﺟﻮ( ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر اﺻﻠﯽ و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐﻫﺎي ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط ﺗﺄﺧﯿﺮي ﺑﺎ ﻫﺸﺖ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ:ﺟﻮ آذر ﻣﺎه، ﺟﻮ دي ﻣﺎه، ﻧﺨﻮد آذرﻣﺎه، ﻧﺨﻮد دي ﻣﺎه، ﺟﻮ آذر+ ﻧﺨﻮد آذر، ﺟﻮ آذر ﻧﺨﻮد دي، ﺟﻮدي + ﻧﺨﻮد آذر و ﺟﻮ دي + ﻧﺨﻮد دي ﺑﺎ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ 1 ﺑﻪ 1 ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر ﻓﺮﻋﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮐﻢ آﺑﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰاﻧﺂﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﮐﺎﺗﺎﻻز، ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪاز وﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﻧﺴﺒﯽ آب ﺑﺮگ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﮔﺬاﺷﺖ. ﺗﻨﺶ ﮐﻢ آﺑﯽ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﮐﺎﺗﺎﻻز ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ اﯾﻦ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﺑﺎ 73 درﺻﺪ در ﮐﺸﺖ ﺟﻮ در آذر+ ﻧﺨﻮد در ديﻣﺎﻫﺒﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﮐﻠﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط ﺗﺄﺧﯿﺮي ﺟﻮ در آذر + ﻧﺨﻮد در ديﻣﺎﻫﺪرﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮐﻢ آﺑﯽ از ﻣﯿﺰان آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﮐﺎﺗﺎﻻز، ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﻧﺴﺒﯽ آب ﺑﺮگ و ﺑﺪﻧﺒﺎل آن ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮي ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮد ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﮐﺸﺖ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ داراب ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate effect of late season low water stress and different combination relay
intercropping in biochemical traits and seed yield of barley,anexperiment as split plot based on
randomized complete block design with three replications at College of Agriculture and Natural
Resources of Darab, Shiraz University during 2017-2018 growing season. The experiment treatments
include irrigation regimes in two levels (Normal irrigation and cutting off irrigation at the beginning
of milk development stage) were as main factor and combination relay intercropping was 8 levels
consisted of barley on December, barley on January, cultivation of chickpea on December, chickpea
on January and different combinations of relay intercropping consisted of barley on December +
chickpea on December, barley on December + chickpea on January, barley on January + chickpea on
December and barley on January + chickpea on January with a ratio of 1:1 were as sub factor. Results
showed that late season low water stress had a significant effect on traits catalase, peroxidase and
relative water content (RWC). Water stress caused increasing in catalase activity, so that the highest
increasing rate in catalase with 73% was obtained in intercropping barley on December + chickpea on
January. In generally, it can be concluded given that relay intercropping barley on December +
chickpea on January under low water stress conditions was highest catalase enzyme, RWC and seed
yieldand it can be suitable for cultivation in Darab area.
