ﻣﻼﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻣﻮﻟﮑﻮل ﭼﻨﺪﮐﺎره، ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞ ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺖ از ﮔﯿﺎه زراﻋﯽ را در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ اﺛﺮات ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري، ﺑﺎ ﺣﺬف ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻓﻌﺎل اﮐﺴﯿﮋن دارد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺘﯽ ﻣﻼﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ از ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰي ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي، داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﯿﺮاز در ﺳﺎل 1398 اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﭘﺮاﯾﻢ(، ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ آب و ﺑﺎ ﻣﻼﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ )100 ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻣﻮﻻر(( و ﺳﻄﻮح ﺷﻮري )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )0/5(، 4 و 8 دﺳﯽزﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ( ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﻫﺪاﯾﺖروزﻧﻪاي و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ را ﮐﺎﻫﺶ و ﻣﯿﺰان دياﮐﺴﯿﺪﮐﺮﺑﻦ زﯾﺮروزﻧﻪاي را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ داد. در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﻣﻼﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ )100 ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻣﻮﻻر( ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻫﺪاﯾﺖروزﻧﻪاي )4/3 ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ( و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ )5 ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ( و ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺛﺮ ﺳﻮء ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري )8 دﺳﯽزﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ( ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Melatonin, a multifunctional molecule, has the potential to protect crops from the adverse effects of
salinity stress by enhancing the ROS scavenging efficiency. In order to investigate the protective role
of melatonin in photosynthetic traits of common bean under salinity stress, the experiment was carried
out in factorial arrangement based on completely randomized design with three replicates at green
house of School of Agriculture, Shiraz University, in 2018. Treatments included priming at three
levels (control, hydro priming, melatonin priming (100μM)( and three levels of salinity (control (0.5),
4 and 8 dS m-1). Results indicated that salinity stress significantly declined stomatal conductance and
photosynthetic rate and increased sub-stomatal CO2. As compared with the control, the application of
melatonin (100μM) enhanced stomatal conductance (4.3 time) and photosynthetic rate (5 time) by
protecting from damages under salinity stress (8 dS m-1).
