اﻣﺮوزه ﺑﺮاي اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل و ﭘﺮﻫﯿﺰ از ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺧﻄﺮ، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮيﻫﺎي اﻧﺪوﻓﯿﺖ ﻣﺤﺮك رﺷﺪ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻬﻢ اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ در ﻫﻤﯿﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه و ﺑﺮاي رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ اﻫﺪاف از ﺑﻮﺗﻪﻫﺎي ﮔﻨﺪم ﻣﺰارع ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮدﺳﺘﺎن در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﭘﻨﺠﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﻄﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮداري ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺧﺎﻟﺺﺳﺎزي ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮيﻫﺎي اﻧﺪوﻓﯿﺖ از رﯾﺸﻪ ﮔﻨﺪم، ﺑﺬور ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﮔﻨﺪم و ﮐﻠﺰا ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي ﻫﺎي ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﺳﺎزي ﺷﺪه ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و در ﮔﻠﺪان ﮐﺸﺖ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﮔﻠﺪاﻧﯽ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﮐﻠﺰا ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﺷﺪه از رﯾﺸﻪ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻣﺰارع ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻧﻪ، ﻣﺮﯾﻮان، ﮐﺎﻣﯿﺎران و دﯾﻮاﻧﺪره ﺑﻮد ودر رده ﺑﻌﺪي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﺠﺎر، ﻗﺮوه، ﺳﻘﺰ و ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ دﻫﮕﻼن و ﺳﻨﻨﺪج در ﮔﯿﺎه ﮐﻠﺰا ﺑﻮد. در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮيﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه ﮔﻨﺪم، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎي ﻗﺮوه، دﯾﻮاﻧﺪره، ﺑﺎﻧﻪ، دﻫﮕﻼن، ﺳﻨﻨﺪج، ﮐﺎﻣﯿﺎران، ﻣﺮﯾﻮان، ﺑﯿﺠﺎر و ﺳﻘﺰ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮيﻫﺎي اﻧﺪوﻓﯿﺖ ازﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ اﯾﻨـﺪول اﺳـﺘﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ رﯾﺸﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه ﺷﻮد. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮيﻫﺎي اﻧﺪوﻓﯿﺖ ﻫﻤﺰﯾﺴﺖ رﯾﺸﻪ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻣﺰارع اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮدﺳﺘﺎن و ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ آنﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ رﺷﺪ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮔﻨﺪم و ﮐﻠﺰا ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﺎ اﮐﻨﻮن ﻫﯿﭻ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﺑﺎره در اﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﻧﺸﺪه اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Nowadays, use of endophytic growth promoting bacteria is very important to increase productivity and avoid the use of high-risk chemicals. This research has been done in this regard and to achieve these goals of wheat bushes in Kurdistan provinces. Tillage stage was randomly sampled after purification of endophytic bacteria from wheat root with canola seed. The plants were planted in a completely randomized design. The highest germination percentage was related to pure bacterial inoculation Wheat originated from the provincial (Baneh, Mariwan, Kamyaran and Diwandareh) farms and in the next category most It belonged to the provinces (Bijar, Qorveh, Saqez and Control) and had the least effect on canola in Dehgolan and Sanandaj, respectively. in comparison Influence of bacteria on germination percentage of wheat was highest in control and then in Qorveh, respectively. Diwandareh, Baneh, Dehgolan, Sanandaj, Kamyaran, Mariwan, Bijar and Saqez were respectively. According to the results of this study, endophytic bacteria can induce plant germination by indole acetic acid production in root environment. The aim of this study was to identify endophytic bacterial symbionts of wheat rootstocks in Kurdistan province and their effects on germination and growth of wheat and rapeseed.
