رﯾﺸﻪ ﯾﮏ اﻧﺪام روﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ آب و ﻣﻮاد ﻣﻌﺪﻧﯽ ﻻزم ﺑﺮاي رﺷﺪ و ﻧﻤﻮ ﮔﯿﺎه اﺳﺖ. ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ اوﻟﯿﻪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد رﯾﺸﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ اوﻟﯿﻪ رﺷﺪ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻬﻢ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﺮﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻋﻤﻘﯽ و ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ رﯾﺸﻪ را در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ اوﻟﯿﻪ رﺷﺪ، ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ دﻫﺪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﻣﻌﻤﺎري رﯾﺸﻪ و ﺑﻬﺮه ﻣﻨﺪي ﮔﯿﺎه را از اب و ﻣﻮاد ﻣﻌﺪﻧﯽ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻗﺮار دﻫﺪ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻔﺘﺎﻟﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﺮﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت رﯾﺸﻪ ﺑﺬر ﻧﺨﻮد ﺑﻮد. آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در 4 ﺗﮑﺮار در ﺳﺎل 1397 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﯿﺸﺘﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺬر ﻧﺨﻮد ﺑﺎ ﻧﻔﺘﺎﻟﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ )NAA( در 6 ﺳﻄﺢ )0، 1، 2، 3، 4 و5 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ( ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ، درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ روز ﺳﻮم، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد رﯾﺸﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ، وزن ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ و وزن ﺧﺸﮏ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻫﺮﻣﻮن ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ و وزن ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ در ﺑﺬرﻫﺎي ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 3 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺑﺎ اﺳﯿﺪ ﻧﻔﺘﺎﻟﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﯿﮏ )(NAA ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻫﺮﻣﻮن ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان اﻟﮕﻮي رﯾﺸﻪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ از دو ﺻﻔﺖ ﻣﻬﻢ ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ)ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻋﻤﻘﯽ( و ﺗﻌﺪاد رﯾﺸﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ)ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ( ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ را ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﮐﺮد. ﮐﻠﻤﺎت ﮐﻠﯿﺪي: ﻧﺨﻮد، ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ، ﻧﻔﺘﺎﻟﯿﻦاﺳﺘﯿﮏاﺳﯿﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
Root is an important vegetative organ to provide water and minerals necessary for plant growth and development. Length of primary root and number of lateral roots is very important in the early stages of growth. Any factor that will can affect the deep and lateral development of the root in the early stages of growth can affect the root architecture. The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of naphthalene acetic acid priming on some root characteristics of chickpea. A factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with four replications in 2018.Treatments included pretreatment of chickpea seed with naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) at 6 levels (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 h). Germination percentage of 3th day, germination rate, root length, number of lateral roots, root dry weight and shoot dry weight were significantly affected by hormone priming. The highest root length and root dry weight were observed in seeds primed for 3 h with naphthalene acetic acid (NAA). With Hormone Priming can manage the root pattern which is a combination of primary root length and number of lateral roots.
