ﺑﻨﯿﻪ ﺑﺬر ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺖﻫﺎﯾﯽ از ﺑﺬر اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻮه ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ و ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﺑﺬر ﯾﺎ ﺗﻮده آن را در ﻫﻨﮕﺎم ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ و ﺳﺒﺰﺷﺪن ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي ﺑﺮﻧﺞ ﮐﺸﺖ ﺷﺪه در اﺳﺘﺎن ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ و ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟـﻮژﯾﮑﯿﻤﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻨﯿﻪ ﺑﺬر و ﮔﺮوﻫﺒﻨﺪي آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻬﻤﻨﻈﻮر دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ واﻟﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮاي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣـﻪﻫـﺎي ﺑـﻬﻨـﮋادي ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﮑﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ در 33 رﻗﻢ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﺮﻧﺞ، درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ، وزن ﺗﺮ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ، وزن ﺧﺸﮏ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ وزﻧﯽ ﻗﺪرت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻃﻮﻟﯽ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯿﺎﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ.ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ وزن ﺗﺮ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ وزﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺎﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ دارﻧﺪ.ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ،وزن ﺧﺸﮏ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ وزﻧﯽ ﺗﻔﺎوﺗﻤﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. در ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﮐﻼﺳﺘﺮ روي ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎ از ﻫﺮ 7 ﺻﻔﺖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮش دﻧﺪوﮔﺮام ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎ در 4 ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ.ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﮐﻼﺳﺘﺮ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ رﻗﻢ S ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻔﺎوت را ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ارﻗﺎم داﺷﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate the germination test and grouping of rice genotypes, an experiment was conducted
in Khuzestan University of Agriculture and Natural Resources Laboratory in 1398. In this experiment,
germination percentage, seedling fresh weight, seedling dry weight, root length, shoot length, germination
weight index and longitudinal germination index were measured. The results showed that seedling fresh
weight, shoot length, seed weight index were not significantly different. There was no significant
difference between germination percentage, seedling dry weight, root length and weight index. Cluster
analysis was performed to determine genotype grouping by Ward method. Cluster analysis on genotypes
was used for each of the 7 traits and genotypes were divided into 4 groups by cutting the dendrogram.
