ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺟﻮ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري، ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ در ﺳﺎل 1397 در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي ﺑﺬر داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﭼﻤﺮان اﻫﻮاز، ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺎﻧﻪ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷ.ﺪ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر اول ﭼﻬﺎر ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ(، ﻧﻤﮏ ﻫﺎي ﻧﯿﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ دو درﺻﺪ، ﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪ ﺳﺪﯾﻢ دو درﺻﺪ و ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن 4 ﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﻟﯿﺘﺮ از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ اوره 46 درﺻﺪ، ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر دوم ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮري )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، 75و 150 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر ﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪ ﺳﺪﯾﻢ و ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر ﺳﻮم ﭼﻬﺎر رﻗﻢ ﺑﺬر ﺟﻮ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﺸﺖ در اﺳﺘﺎن ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن )زﻫﮏ، اﮐﺴﯿﻦ، ﻧﯿﻤﺮوز و ﻧﻮروز( در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ.ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬور ﺟﻮ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 100 درﺻﺪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ رﻗﻢ ﻧﯿﻤﺮوز در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ اوره، ﻧﯿﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ و ﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪ ﺳﺪﯾﻢ و رﻗﻢ زﻫﮏ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ اوره ﺑﻮد.ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ رﻗﻢ اﮐﺴﯿﻦ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﺷﻮري( و ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ ﻧﯿﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ و ﺑﺪون ﭘﺮاﯾﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 8/3و 7/87 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯽﻣ ﺘﺮ و ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻃﻮل ﮐﻠﺌﻮﭘﺘﯿﻞ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 4 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯽ ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ رﻗﻢ ﻧﻮروز در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ ﻧﯿﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ و ﺷﻮري 150 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر ﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪ ﺳﺪﯾﻢ ﺑ.ﻮد از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺻﻔﺖ ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ ﻧﯿﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﺗﻨﺶ( ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 10/68 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯽ ﻣﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate the effect of seed priming on germination characteristics of different barley cultivars under salinity stress, a research was conducted in Seed Technology Laboratory of Faculty of Agriculture, Shahid Chamran University, Ahwaz, in a randomized complete block design with three replications. The first factor consist of four types of seed priming including control (no priming), 2% potassium nitrate salts, 2% sodium chloride, and 4 g/L nitrogen source 46% urea, the second factor containing three salinity levels of Sodium chloride(control, 75 and 150 mM), and the third factor were considered as four recommended barley seed cultivars (Zahak, Auxin, Nimroz and Norouz) for cultivation in Khuzestan province. Based on the results of mean comparison, the highest germination percentage of barley seeds with 100% average was obtained in Nimroz cultivar under urea priming, potassium nitrate and sodium chloride and Zahak cultivar in priming condition with urea. The highest root length belonged to Auxin under control (without salinity) and priming with potassium nitrate and without priming with average of 8.3 and 7.87 cm respectively and the highest total length of Cleoptilis with mean of 4 cm was belong toNorouz cultivar in priming conditions with potassium nitrate and salinity was 150 mM NaCl.In terms of shoot length, it was also observed that the highest shoot length was related to priming with potassium nitrate in control (non-stress) conditions with an average of 10.68 cm.
