ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬور ﭘﻨﺞ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ آوﯾﺸﻦ )Th. ،Th .pubescens،Th. kotschyanus Th. daenensis،vulgarisوT (h. fallax در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ و ﺷﻮرﯾﺘﺤﻘﯿﻘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت دو آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮﺣﭙﺎﯾﻪ ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ، ﺑﺎﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷ.ﺪ در آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ اول ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﮏ ﭘﻠﯽ اﺗﯿﻠﻦ ﮔﻠﯿﮑﻮل درﺷﺶ ﺳﻄﺢ )آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ(، 3-، 6-، 9-، 12- و 15- ﺑﺎر( و ﭘﻨﺞ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺑﻮد. در آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ دوم ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪ ﺳﺪﯾﻢ درﺷﺶ ﺳﻄﺢ )آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ(، 10، 20، 40،80و 160 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر( و ﭘﻨﺞ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺑﻮد.ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ دو آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞ آب ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺮ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﯽ ﮔﺬارد و ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻔﺎوﺗﯽ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺧﻮد دارﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮرﮐﻠﯿﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي Th. fallax و Th. daenensisدر ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﻤﺎم ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻧﺴﺒﯽ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮي را ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻫﺎي ﺧﺸﮑﯽ و ﺷﻮري ﺧﻮد ﻧﺸﺎن داد.
چكيده لاتين :
Germination is regarded as sensitive stage in growth cycle, because of it major role in final compression. However, it has been observed that plants show relative tolerance to drought and salinity in different vegetative growth stages.In order to study the effects of drought and salinity stress on germination and some characters of five thymus species (T. daenensis ،T. pubescens ،T. Kotschyanus, T. fallaxandT. vulgaris), two factorial experiment was conducted in Completely Randomized Design with three replications. Treatments for first experiment were six levels of drought potentials (0, -3, -6, -9, -12 and -15 bar) and five species of thymus and Treatments for second experiment were six levels of salinity salinity (0, 10, 20, 40, 80 and 160 mM) and five species of thymus. Measured traits were: germination percentage, radicle length, plumule length, mean germination time, germination rate and seed vigor index. According to the results it was revealed that effect of drought and salinity, species and interaction were significant on all parameters. Species showed significant differences for all the characteristics at germination under drought and salinity stress. In this research, T. fallaxand Th. daenensisin the most measured factors were more tolerant than the others.
