چكيده فارسي :
مديريت هيجانات، يكي از مهارت‌هاي دهگانه در تعريف سازمان‌جهاني‌بهداشت است. در پژوهش حاضر، با تكيه بر اين مهارت، شخصيت‌هاي شاهنامه مورد واكاوي روان‌شناختي قرارگرفته و از اين رهگذر، توانمندي فردوسي در پردازش شخصيت‌هاي متفاوت، بررسي شده است. اين كه مديريت هيجانات در علم روان‌شناسي به چه معناست؛ كدام شخصيت‌ها مديران هيجانات خود و پيرامونيان هستند؛ نقش خردمندان شاهنامه در مهارت حاضر چيست؛ هيجانات مديريت‌نشده چه پيامدهايي دارند و چرا دارندگان هوش هيجاني بالا گاه قربانيان تراژدي‌ها مي‌شوند، از موضوعات محوري اين نوشتار است. با نگاهي درشاهنامه، درمي‌يابيم روند داستان‌ها در اثري كه متعلق به هزاره پيشين است، به گونه‌اي پيش مي‌رود كه گويي حكيم‌توس با آگاهي از ظرفيت بالاي اين علمِ به ظاهر نوينِ اروپايي، به درايت و ظرافتِ انديشه، دارندگان سبك‌هاي رفتاري متفاوت را در كنار يكديگر قرار مي‌دهد و در تقابل هيجانات مديريت‌شده و نشده، نقاط اوج داستانهايش را مي‌آفريند كه در پي آن گاه اتفاقاتي خجسته رقم مي‌خورد و هرازگاهي داستان‌ها به تراژدي مي‌انجامد. بر اساس اين پژوهش، جراتمندان و خردمندان شاهنامه، در شمار مديران موفق هيجانات و پنج ديوي كه فردوسي برمي‌شمارد، مصداق برخي از هيجانات مديريت‌نشده در علم روان‌شناسي هستند. روش اين مقاله، تحليل محتواي كيفي و جامعه آماري آن، تمام ابيات شاهنامه است.
چكيده لاتين :
Management of emotion is one of the ten life skills in the definition of the world health organization.In this research,based on the mention skill,the characters of Shahnameh have been psychologically analyzed.In this way,ferdosi’s ability to process different characters has been examined from the point of view of this skill. What is the management of emotions in the psychology,which characters are their emotional managers and their around people,what are the role of wise men of the Shahnameh in this skill,what are the consequences of unmanaged emotions,and why top emotional intelligence holders are often victims of tragedies,is the central theme of this article. The result is that in the work of the previous millennium,the trend of stories goes as if Hakim Tous,was aware of all the details,and the great potential of the apparently new European scince,with tact and elegance of thought,put people who have different behavioral metods together and in contrast to the managed and unmanaged emotions, he creates the high points of his stories, after which sometimes blessing things happen, and sometimes the stories lead to tragedy . Based on this research,courageouses and wise men (consultant) of Shahnameh are in the category of successful emotion managers,and five demons which Ferdowsi calls them, are unmanaged emotions in the science of psychology. The method of this paper,analyzing qualitative content and its statistical society,is all of the distiches of the Shahnameh.
