ارتباطات غيركلامي؛ با تكيه بر روايت شاهنامه فردوسي

مسئله ارتباطات در جوامع انساني امري بديهي و جزو جداي ناپذير اين جوامع محسوب مي شود. امَا ارتباط تنها كلامي و گفتاري نيست. ارتباط غيركلامي كه به واسطه لحن، حركات صورت و بدن، حالات چهره، نوع پوشش ظاهري، فاصله افراد و مواردي از اين دست انجام مي گيرد و اصطلاحاَ زبان بدن ناميده مي شوند. به عنوان شاخه اي از ارتباطات انساني در تفهيم و روابط اجتماعي افراد نقش مهمي دارد؛ چون در بسياري موارد مي توانند مفهومي مكمل گفتار گوينده يا برخلاف مقصود او را به مخاطب انتقال دهند. زبان بدن ريشه در فرهنگ رفتاري اقوام دارد بنابراين يكي از منابع تحقيق پيرامون آن آثار روايي و داستاني هر ملتي است. در حوزۀ ادبيات رفتارهاي غيركلامي در بيان، تجسّم و تفهيم معاني از حيث نشانه شناسي، تصويرسازي ها و كنايات مؤثر واقع مي شوند. اين مقاله كوشيده ضمن پرداختن به مفهوم علائم و نشانه هاي حركتي و رفتاري، چگونگي درك و دريافت زبان بدن، به بررسي نمونه هاي آن در روايت شاهنامه و نقش روابط غيركلامي در بازيابي احساسات قهرمانان و شخصيت ها بپردازد. با توجه به بررسي هاي صورت گرفته رويكرد فردوسي به ارتباط غيركلامي در روايت شاهنامه بيشتر ناظر بر توصيف دقيق و تصوير زنده حالات و روحيات شخصيت هاي حماسي، جلب توجه مخاطب با هدف همذات پنداري و برانگيختن احساسات پرشور ملّي خصوصاَ ايجاد فضايي حماسي تر با توصيف دقيق رفتارهاي غيركلامي شخصيت هاست.

The issue of communication in human societies is obvious and integral to these societies. But the connection is not only verbal and oral. Non-verbal communication is performed by the tone, facial and body movements, facial expressions, type of cover, apparent distance, and so on. They are called body language. As a branch of human communication, it plays an important role in the understanding and social relationships of individuals, because in many cases they can convey the complementary meaning of the speaker s speech or, contrary to his purpose, to the audience. The language of the body is rooted in the behavioral culture of the tribes, so one of the sources of research around it is the narrative and narrative of each nation. In the field of literature, non-verbal behaviors are effective in expressing, visualizing and understanding meanings in terms of semiotics, imagery, and syntax. This article attempts to address the concept of signs and symptoms of motion and behavior, how to understand and receive body language, to examine its examples in the narrative of Shahnameh and the role of non-verbal relationships in restoring the feelings of heroes and characters .According to the findings, Ferdowsi s approach to non-verbal communication in the narrative of Shahnameh focuses more on the accurate description and image of the states and spirits of epic characters, attracting the attention of the audience with the goal of assimilating and stimulating the passionate feelings of the nation, especially creating an epic atmosphere By describing precisely the non-verbal behaviors of characters.
