بررسي مهارت تصميم گيري در شخصيت هاي شاهنامه

Study of Decision Making Skills in Shahnameh Characters

تصميم‌گيري، يكي از مهارت‌هاي دهگانه در تعريف سازمان جهاني بهداشت است. در پژوهش حاضر، با تكيه بر اين مهارت، شخصيت‌هاي شاهنامه مورد واكاوي روان‌شناختي قرارگرفته و از اين رهگذر، از تصميم‌گيري‌هاي كلان شاهان ، وزيران، پهلوانان و سپهسالاران براي قيام‌ها، جنگ و صلح‌ها، بخشش‌ها و انتقامجويي‌ها تا تصميمات هوشمندانه زنان شبستان‌ها و تصميمات آزمندانه شاهزادگان و خائنانه فرومايگان بررسي شده است. اين كه مهارت نامبرده در علم روان‌شناسي به چه معناست؛ كدام تصميم‌گيري‌ها را مي‌توان مهارت ناميد؛ نقش خرد و هيجان در مهارت حاضر چيست؛ و تراژدي‌ها با كدام نوع از تصميمات شكل مي‌گيرند، از موضوعات محوري اين نوشتار است. با نگاهي درشاهنامه، درمي‌يابيم كه تصميم‌گيري در شمار پربسامدترين و سرنوشت‌سازترين كنش‌هاي اين اثر ارجمند است؛ اما از آنجا كه همواره در همه جوامع انساني شمار خردمندان جامعه كمتر است، حتي در اثري چون شاهنامه كه جانمايه آن خردمندي است، بسياري از تصميم‌گيري‌هاي مهم، ناماهرانه و هيجان‌محور است. بر اساس اين پژوهش، هر چند تفكر غالب در تراژدي‌ها چيرگي قضا و قدر و سرنوشت بر داستان است و اگرچه خردمندان شاهنامه همواره نقش كليدي در تصميم‌گيري‌هاي ماهرانه دارند، تراژدي‌هاي اين اثر ماندگار، با نقش‌پردازي شخصيت‌هايي در داستان‌ها رقم مي‌خورد، كه از خردمندي، بهره كمتري دارند يا مهارت تصميم‌گيري ندارند و بخش بالغ شخصيتشان قوي نيست. روش اين مقاله، تحليل محتواي كيفي و جامعه آماري آن، تمام ابيات شاهنامه است.

Decision-making is one of ten skills in defining the World Health Organization. In this research, based on the mention skill, the characters of Shahnameh have been psychologically analyzed. In this way, From the great decisions of the kings, ministers, braves and warlords for uprisings, wars and peaces, forgiveness and revenges Until the wise decisions of harem women and the greedy decisions of the princes and the treacherous of the ignobles are examined. What this skill in psychology means ; what decisions can be called skills; what is the role of wisdom and excitement in the present skill; and what kind of decisions do tragedies take, are central topics in this article.By researching Shahnameh, we find that decision-making is one of the most frequent and crucial acts of this valuable work; But because in all human societies there are the number of wise men always fewer in society, even in a work such as the Shahnameh, which is based on wisdom,many important decisions are unskillfull and emotional. According to this study, although the prevailing thinking in tragedies is the dominance of fate over the story, and although the wise men of the Shahnameh has always played a key role in skillful decision making, the tragedies of this lasting work occur by playing the role of characters in the story. Those who, are less wise or lack decision-making skills and mature personality are not strong. The method of this article is qualitative content analysis and its statistical population is all the verses of Shahnameh.
