ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﮐﻮدﻫﺎي زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻣﯿﮑﻮرﯾﺰا، ﺟﻠﺒﮏ ﺳﺒﺰ و ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ اﻣﺎم ﺧﻤﯿﻨﯽ )ره( ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 97- 1396 اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻋﺒﺎرت ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ از 1- ﮐﻮد در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﮐﻮد(، ﻣﯿﮑﻮرﯾﺰا، ﺟﻠﺒﮏ ﺳﺒﺰ و ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ، 2- اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دو اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ از ﻗﺰوﯾﻦ و ﯾﮏ اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ از ﯾﺰد. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻋﺒﺎرت ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ از: ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ، ﻣﺤﺘﻮي آب ﻧﺴﺒﯽ ﺑﺮگ، ﻣﯿﺰان ﻧﺴﺒﯽ آب از دﺳﺖ رﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﺮگ ﻫﺎ، وزن ﺗﺮ، ﻗﻄﺮ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ و وزن ﺧﺸﮏ ﮐﻞ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﮐﻮدي ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان آب ﻧﺴﺒﯽ و اﺛﺮ اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻘﺪار ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ و ﻣﯿﺰان آب از دﺳﺖ رﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﺮگﻫﺎ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻗﺰوﯾﻦ 39 و ﻗﺰوﯾﻦ 28 ﺑﺎ اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﯾﺰد 6 داراي ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل 5 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ و ﻧﯿﺰ اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ )ﻗﺰوﯾﻦ 39( و )ﯾﺰد 6( ﺑﺎ اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ )ﻗﺰوﯾﻦ 28( ﺑﺮاي ﺻﻔﺖ ﻣﯿﺰان آب از دﺳﺖ رﻓﺘﻪ داراي ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل 5 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ اﺛﺮ ﮐﻮدﻫﺎي زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮاي ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن داروﯾﯽ اﺷﺎره ﻧﻤﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate the effect of mycorrhizal, green algae and humic acid bio-fertilizers on some
characteristics of Balengo, a factorial experiment was conducted in Imam Khomeini International
University Research Greenhouse in 1396-97. Experimental factors were: 1- Fertilizer in four levels of
control (without fertilizer), Mycorrhiza, green algae and humic acid, 2- Ecotype in three levels
including two ecotypes from Qazvin and one ecotype from Yazd. The studied traits were: chlorophyll
content, relative leaf water content, relative amount of leaf water lost, fresh weight, stem diameter and
total dry weight of plant. Analysis of variance showed that the effect of fertilizer treatment on relative
water content and ecotype effect on chlorophyll content and water content of leaves were significant.
Mean comparison results showed that Qazvin 39 and Qazvin 28 ecotypes with Yazd 6 ecotype had
significant difference at 5% probability level and also ecotype (Qazvin 39) and (Yazd 6) ecotype
(Qazvin 28) for the amount of water lost. There was a significant difference at 5% probability level.
Thus, the effect of biofertilizers as a suitable source of nutrition for medicinal plants can be
mentioned.
