ارزﯾــﺎﺑﯽ ﻏﻠﻈــﺖﻫــﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠــﻒ ﺟﯿﺒﺮﻟﯿــﮏ اﺳــﯿﺪ و ﻧﯿﺘــﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳــﯿﻢ ﺑــﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪ زﻧــﯽ ﻋﻠــﻒﻫــﺮز رﯾــﺶﻣــﯿﺶ Urospermum picroides L، دو آزﻣــﺎﯾﺶ ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧــﻪ ﺑــﻪ ﺻــﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾـﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟــﺐ ﻃــﺮح ﮐــﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼــﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳــﻪ ﺗﮑــﺮار در داﻧﺸــﮕﺎه ﻋﻠــ ﻮم ﮐﺸــﺎورزي و ﻣﻨــﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌــﯽ ﺧﻮزﺳــﺘﺎن در ﺳــﺎل 1398 اﻧﺠــﺎم ﮔﺮﻓــﺖ. ﻏﻠﻈــﺖﻫــﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠــﻒ ﺟﯿﺒﺮﻟﯿــﮏ اﺳــﯿﺪ )200 ،100 ،0، 800 ،600 ،400 و 1000 ﭘــﯽﭘــﯽام(، ﻏﻠﻈــﺖﻫــﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠــ ﻒ ﻧﯿﺘــﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳــﯿﻢ )15000 ،1000 ،500 ،0 و 2000 ﭘــﯽﭘــﯽام( در دو زﻣــﺎن ﻗﺮارﮔﯿــﺮي ﺑــﺬرﻫﺎ )12 و 24 ﺳــﺎﻋﺖ( در ﻧﻈــﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘــﻪ ﺷــﺪ. ﺑــﺎ اﻓــﺰاﯾﺶ ﺟﯿﺒﺮﻟﯿــﮏ اﺳــﯿﺪ درﺻــﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪزﻧــﯽ اﻓــﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓــﺖ و ﺑﯿﺸــﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻــﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪزﻧــﯽ از ﻏﻠﻈــﺖ 1000 ﭘــﯽﭘــﯽام در زﻣــﺎن 12 ﺳــﺎﻋﺖ )94 درﺻــﺪ( ﺑــﻪ دﺳــﺖ آﻣــﺪ. ﺑــﺮ اﺳــﺎس ﭘــﺎراﻣﺘﺮه ﻣﻌﺎدﻟــﻪ ﺳــﯿﮕﻤﻮﺋﯿﺪي، 50 درﺻــﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪزﻧــﯽ در12 و 24 ﺳــﺎﻋﺖ ﺟﯿﺒﺮﻟﯿــﮏ اﺳــﯿﺪ ﺑــﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿــﺐ در 96 و 147 ﭘــﯽﭘــﯽام ﻣﺸــﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﯾــﺪ. ﮐــﺎرﺑﺮد ﻧﯿﺘــﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳــﯿﻢ ﺑــﻪ ﻣــﺪت 24 ﺳــﺎﻋﺖ ﻧﺴــﺒﺖ ﺑــﻪ 12 ﺳــﺎﻋﺖ اﺛــﺮ ﺑﯿﺸــﺘﺮي ﺑــﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪ زﻧــﯽ داﺷــﺖ ﺑﯿﺸــﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻــﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪزﻧــﯽ)70 درﺻــﺪ( در ﻏﻠﻈــﺖ 2000 ﭘــﯽﭘــﯽام ﻧﯿﺘــﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳــﯿﻢ ﺑــﻪ ﻣــﺪت 24 ﺳــﺎﻋﺖ ﺑــﻪ دﺳــﺖ آﻣــﺪ. ﺟﯿﺒﺮﻟﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻧﯿﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ ﺑﺮ ﺷﮑﺴﺖ ﺧﻮاب ﺑﺬر ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي داشت.
چكيده لاتين :
The Evaluation of different concentrations of gibberellic acid and potassium nitrate on weed
seed germination Prickly GoldenFleece (Urospermum picroides), two separate experiments
were conducted as factorial base on completely randomized design (CRD) with three
replications Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at University of Khuzestan in 2019.
Different concentrations of gibberellic acid (0, 100, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 ppm),
different concentrations of potassium nitrate (0, 500, 1000, 15000 and 2000 ppm), Two
different times of exposure (12 and 24 h) were considered. Germination percentage was
increased by increasing of gibberellic acid, and the highest germination percentage was
obtained from 1000 ppm concentration at 12 h (94%). According to the parameter of sigmoid
equation, 50% germination was observed at 12 and 24 h gibberellic acid at 96 and 147 ppm,
respectively. The 24h time potassium nitrate had more effective on germination than 12h
treatment. The highest germination percentage (70%) was obtained at 2000 ppm for 24h.
gibberellic acid had more effective on breaking seed dormancy than potassium nitrate.
