ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﯾﻮش ).Catharanthus roseus L( ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ از ﺗﯿﺮيه ﺧﺮزﻫﺮه اﯾﺎن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﻣﺮوزه ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ دارا ﺑﻮدن ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت آﻟﮑﺎﻟﻮﺋﯿﺪي ﺷﻬﺮت ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﭘﻠﯽآﻣﯿﻦ روي ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﺟﻨﺒﻪﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه ﭘﺮﯾﻮش، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار و در ﭼﻬﺎر ﮔﺮوه ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﭘﻠﯽآﻣﯿﻦ و آﺑﯿﺎري ﻧﺮﻣﺎ،ل ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﭘﻠﯽآﻣﯿﻦ و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ، ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﻏﺬاﯾﯽ و آﺑﯿﺎري ﻧﺮﻣﺎل، ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه ﭘﺮﯾﻮش ﺑﺎ ﭘﻠﯽآﻣﯿﻦ، ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻘﺪار ﭘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﮐﻞ در ﺑﺮگﻫﺎ ﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺑﺮ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎ، ﻣﯿﺰان ﻗﻨﺪ و ﻓﻼوﻧﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﮐﻠﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه ﭘﺮﯾﻮش ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﻠﯽآﻣﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﭘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦﻫﺎي ﺳﻠﻮل ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ اﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﮔﺮدد.
چكيده لاتين :
Perwinkle (Catharanthus roseus L.) is a pharmaceutical plant belonged to the Apocyanaceae family
that is known for its alkaloids, today. The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of
polyamine treatment on some biochemical traits in Perwinkle. The Study was planned based on
completely randomized design with three replications in four groups including: polyamine foliar
spraying and irrigation, polyamine foliar spraying and drought stress, nutrient solution and normal
irrigation, nutrient solution and drought stress. The results showed that treatment of periwinkle leaves
with polyamine solution increased the proline and total protein content. However, this treatment had
no significant effect on enzyme activity, glucose and flavonoid levels. Totally, it can be concluded
that foliar application of polyamine on Perwinkle leaves, increase tolerance of this plant to drought
conditions by increasing in proline content and cellular proteins.
