ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و اﺟﺰاء ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎي ﮔﻨﺪم دوروم

Effect of plant density on yield and yield components of durum wheat genotypes

ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ ﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و اﺟﺰاء ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ در دو ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﮔﻨﺪم دوروم در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺷﻤﺎل ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1393-94 آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دو ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﮔﻨﺪم ) ﺑﻬﺮﻧﮓ و ﻻﯾﻦ اﻣﯿﺪ ﺑﺨﺶ81-18-(D ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ) 400،300،200،100 و 500 داﻧﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ( ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮﻣﺮﺑﻊ، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺑﻮد. در ﺧﺼﻮص ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ ﺑﺬر ﺑﯿﺶ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ 300 ﺑﺬر در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ و ﮐﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ در اﮐﺜﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت از ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ 100 ﺑﺬر در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. در ﺧﺼﻮص ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ، رﻗﻢ ﺑﻬﺮﻧﮓ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد 6093 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر ﺑﺎ ﻻﯾﻦ اﻣﯿﺪﺑﺨﺶ 81-18-D ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد 5264 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري داﺷﺖ و ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ.

In order to evaluate the effect of different plant densities on yield and yield components of two Durum wheat genotypes, performed in the north of Khuzestan in 2014-2015. A factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design with three replications .Factors were include the two genotypes (Behrang and promising lines D-81-18), and plant densities (100, 200, 300, 400, 500 seeds per m2). The studied traits included number of grain per spike, number of spike per m2, 1000-grain weight and grain yield. About seed density, the highest seed yield was obtained for the density of 300 seeds / m2 and the lowest values for most traits were obtained from 100 seed / m2. Regarding grain yield, Behrang cultivar with 6093 kg ha-1 and D-81-18 line with 5264 kg ha-1 had significant difference and was recognized as superior genotype.
