ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﮐﻮد داﻣﯽ و ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮔﻨﺪم، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1396-97 ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﻨﺞ ﻣﻘﺪار ﮐﻮد داﻣﯽ )ﺻﻔﺮ، 10، 20، 30 و 40 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر( و دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ )ﻋﺪم ﻣﺼﺮف و ﻣﺼﺮف( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺻﻔﺎت اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﮐﻮد داﻣﯽ و ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﮐﻮد داﻣﯽ و ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺷﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت در اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﮐﻮد داﻣﯽ و ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ )2262 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر( در ﻋﺪم ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻮد داﻣﯽ و ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ و ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ )3862 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر( در ﻣﺼﺮف 40 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر ﮐﻮد داﻣﯽ و ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﮐﻠﯽ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻮد داﻣﯽ و ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﺟﺰاي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﮔﻨﺪم ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to evaluate the effect of cattle manure and humic acid on yield of wheat, an experiment was conducted in research farm of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University of Khuzestan during 2017-2018 growing season as factorial based on randomized complete block design with four replicates. Experimental factors were five rates of cattle manure (0, 10, 20, 30 and 40 ton/ha) and two levels of humic acid (control and application). The analysis of variance showed that the effect of cattle manure and humic acid were significant on the traits of spike number per m2, grain per spike, thousand grain weight and grain yield. The interaction effect of cattle manure and humic acid were significant on the traits of spike number per m2, thousand grain weight and grain yield. The mean comparison of traits in interaction effect of cattle manure and humic acid showed that the minimum grain yield (2262 kg/ha) was in no cattle manure and humic acid, and the maximum grain yield (3862 kg/ha) was in 40 ton/ha cattle manure and humic acid application. Generally, results of this experiment indicated that using cattle manure and humic acid because of nutrient elements availability, increased yield components and grain yield of wheat.
