ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ ﮐﺎﮐﻮﺗﯽ Ziziphora sp

The effect of environmental factors on seed germination of medicinal plant Ziziphora

ﺑــﻪ ﻣﻨﻈــﻮر ﭘﺎﺳــﺦ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪزﻧــﯽ ﮐــﺎﮐﻮﺗﯽ)Ziziphora( ﺑــﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣــﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄــﯽ )درﺟــﻪ ﺣــﺮارت، ﺷــﻮري و ﺧﺸــﮑﯽ( ﺳــﻪ آزﻣــﺎﯾﺶ ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧــﻪ در ﺳــﻪ ﺗﮑــﺮار در داﻧﺸــﮕﺎه ﻋﻠــﻮم ﮐﺸــﺎورزي و ﻣﻨــﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌــﯽ ﺧﻮزﺳــﺘﺎن در ﺳــﺎل 1398 اﻧﺠــﺎم ﮔﺮﻓــﺖ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫــﺎي درﺟــﻪ ﺣــﺮارت ﺷــﺎﻣﻞ )35 ،30 ،25 ،20 ،15 ،10 ،5 و 40 درﺟــﻪ ﺳــﺎﻧﺘﯿﮕﺮاد (، ﺗــﻨﺶ ﺧﺸــﮑﯽ )0/8،-0/6 ،-0/4 ،-0/2 ،0- ، 1- و 1/2- ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳــﮑﺎل( و ﺗــﻨﺶ ﺷــﻮري )250 ،200 ،150 ،100 ،50 ،0 و 300 ﻣﯿﻠــﯽﻣــﻮﻻر( ﺑــﻮد. ﻧﺘــﺎﯾﺞ درﺟــﻪ ﺣــﺮارت ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ دﻣــﺎي ﻣﻄﻠـﻮب ﺑــﺮاي ﺟﻮاﻧـﻪ زﻧـﯽ 20 درﺟــﻪ ﺳـﺎﻧﺘﯿﮕ ﺮاد )84 درﺻــﺪ( ﺑـﻮد . در دﻣـﺎي 35 و 40 درﺟــﻪ ﻫـﯿﭻ ﮔﻮﻧــﻪ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪ زﻧــﯽ ﺛﺒــﺖ ﻧﮕﺮدﯾــﺪ. درﺻــﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪ زﻧــﯽ در دﻣﺎﻫــﺎي 25 ،15 ،10 ،5 و 30 درﺟــﻪ ﺳــﺎﻧﺘﯿﮕﺮاد ﺑــﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿــﺐ 76 ،76 ،58، 68 و 46 درﺻــﺪ ﺑــﻮد. 50 درﺻــﺪ ﮐــﺎﻫﺶ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪزﻧــﯽ در ﺳــﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠــﻒ ﺷــﻮري و ﺧﺸــﮑﯽ ﺑــﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿــﺐ در 58 ﻣﯿﻠــﯽﻣــﻮﻻر ﻧﻤﮏ و 0/27 ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳﮑﺎل ﭘﻠﯽ اﺗﯿﻠﻦ ﮔﻼﯾﮑﻮل ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.

To response of Ziziphora germination to environmental factors (temperature, salinity and drought), three separate experiments were conducted in three replications at Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Khuzestan University in 2019. Temperature treatments included (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 °C), drought stress (-0, -0.2, -0.4, -0.6, -0.8, 1 - and - 1.2 MPa) and salinity stress (0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 mM, respectively. The result of Temperature results indicated that the optimum temperature for germination was 20 °C (84%). No germination was recorded at 35 and 40 °C. Germination percentage at 5, 10, 15, 25 and 30 °C were 58, 76, 76, 68 and 46%, respectively. 50% reduction of germination at different salinity and drought levels was predicted at 58 mM salt and 0.27%, Polyethylene glycol respectively.
