ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ رواﺑﻂ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﺻﻔﺎت رﯾﺨﺘﯽ در 35 ﻻﯾﻦ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ داﺑﻞ ﻫﺎﭘﻠﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﮔﯿﺎه داﻧﻪ روﻏﻨﯽ ﮐﺎﻣﻠﯿﻨﺎ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮐﺸﺖ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﺰه در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﮑﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻧﯿﺎم در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺬر در ﻧﯿﺎم، وزن ﺑﺨﺶ ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ و وزن داﻧﻪ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ در ﺳﻪ ﺑﻠﻮك ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در اداﻣﻪ، ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ، ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ و ﻓﻨﻮﺗﯿﭙﯽ، وراﺛﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي، ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ و ﺑﻬﺮه ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﺮآورد ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻧﯿﺎم در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺬر در ﻧﯿﺎم راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ﻻﯾﻦ ﺷﻤﺎره 9 داراي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻧﯿﺎم )84/6 ﻧﯿﺎم( و ﻻﯾﻦ ﺷﻤﺎره 15 داراي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺬر در ﻧﯿﺎم )16/7( ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺻﻔﺖ وزن داﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ وزن ﺑﺨﺶ ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري داﺷﺖ. ﺻﻔﺖ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻧﯿﺎم در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ از ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺳﻬﻢ ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to study the relationships of some morphological traits in 35 pure (doubled-haploid) lines of
Camelina oilseed, an experiment was conducted in autumn cultivation in a randomized complete
block design with 3 replicates. Plant height, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, shoot
weight and seed weight per plant were measured in three separate blocks. In addition, correlation
coefficients, genetic and phenotypic correlation coefficients, heritability, genetic advance and genetic
gain were estimated for the traits mentioned. The results showed that there was a significant
relationship for the number of pods per plant and number of seeds per pod. line No. 9 had the highest
number of seeds per plant (84.6) and line No. 15 had the highest number of seeds per pod tree (16.7).
Also, grain weight had a positive and significant correlation with aerial weight. The number of seeds
per plant had the highest genetic contribution
