ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﮐﻮد اﺳﯿﺪ آﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﺤﺮك رﺷﺪ ﭘﻠﻮراﻣﯿﻦ ﺑﺮ ﮔﯿﺎه زﯾﺮه ﺳﺒﺰ )Cuminum cyminum(، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ اي در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﻣﺪﻧﯽ آذرﺑﺎﯾﺠﺎن اﺟﺮا ﺷ.ﺪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﮐﻮد ﭘﻠﻮراﻣﯿﻦ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺻﻔﺮ، 2/5 و 5 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮔﯿﺎه در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﺧﻄﺎي ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ و ﺑﺮ وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﺧﻄﺎي ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ 5 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﮐﻮد ﭘﻠﻮراﻣﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺻﻔﺮ و 2/5 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داﺷ.ﺖ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر 2/5 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﭘﻠﻮراﻣﯿﻦ ﺗﻌﻠﻖ داﺷﺖ. در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع، ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﮐﻮد ﭘﻠﻮراﻣﯿﻦ ﺑﺮ اﮐﺜﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت روﯾﺸﯽ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻧﺒﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to evaluate the effect of foliar application of growth stimulator amino acid pluramin on cumin
(Cuminum cyminum), a field experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three
replications at the research farm of Shahid Madani University of Azarbaijan. Experimental treatments
consisted of foliar application of pluramin fertilizer at concentrations of 0, 2.5 and 5 g.L-1. The results
showed that the effect of the treatments on plant height at 1% error probability level and on 1000 seed
weight and number of umbrellas at 5% error probability level was significant. Comparison of means
showed that the highest number of umbell was obtained with foliar application of 5 g.L-1 of pluramin
fertilizer. The highest plant height was allocated to foliar application at concentrations of 0 and 2.5 g.L-1.
The lowest 1000-grain weight belonged to 2.5 g.L-1 of pluramin. Overall, it was concluded that the effect
of foliar application of pluramin amino acid on most vegetative traits was not significant.
