چكيده فارسي :
ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺳﺒﺰ، ﮔﺸﻨﯿﺰ ﻏﺎﻟﺒﺎ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺑﺬر ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﻟﺬا اﻧﺘﺨﺎب رﻗﻢ ﯾﺎ ﺗﻮده اي ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد را دارا ﺑﺎﺷﺪ از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. 10 ﺗﻮده ﮔﺸﻨﯿﺰ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﺑﻠﻮك ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ دو ﺗﮑﺮار ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮك در ﻫﺮ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮك در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺬر در ﻫﺮ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺬر در ﻫﺮ ﭼﺘﺮ، وزن ﺻﺪ داﻧﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺗﮏ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، وزن ﮐﺎه و ﮐﻠﺶ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮده ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮك در ﻫﺮ ﭼﺘﺮ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮ در ﻫﺮ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺬر در ﻫﺮ ﭼﺘﺮ، وزن 100 داﻧﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺗﮏ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، وزن ﮐﺎه و ﮐﻠﺶ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري دارﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي روز ﺗﺎ ﺷﺮوع ﮔﻠﺪﻫﯽ و 50% ﮔﻠﺪﻫﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﻮده ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﮐﻼﺳﺘﺮ ﺗﻮده ﻫﺎ را ﺑﻪ 3 ﮔﺮوه ﺑﺎ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺑﻨﺪي ﮐﺮد. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﮐﻼﺳﺘﺮ را ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﮐﺮد. در ﮐﻞ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي ﺻﻔﺎت زراﻋﯽ و رﯾﺨﺘﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ ارزﺷﻤﻨﺪي در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﻮده ﻫﺎي ﮔﺸﻨﯿﺰ وﺟﻮد دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
in addition to the green consumption, Coriander plant, mostly grown for seed production, so it is
important to choose the variety or land race that has the highest yield. 10 Coriander land races were
evaluated in a randomized complete block design with two replications. Agro- morphological traits
including: plant height, number of lateral branches, number of umbrella, average number of umbel per
plant, number of umbel per plant, number of seeds per plant, average number of seeds per umbrella,
100 seed weight, yield per plant, straw weight Harvest and harvest index were measured. The results
of analysis of variance showed significant difference among evaluated land race in plant height,
number of branches, number of umbrellas per plant, average number of umbel per umbrella, number
of umbrella per plant, average number of seeds per umbrella, 100 seed weight, plant yield, straw
weight, days to flowering and days to 50% flowering, the results of cluster analysis divided the
evaluated land races into three groups. Results of principal component analysis verified clustering
results. totally, present results based on agro-morphological traits, confirmed presence of valuable
degrees of genetic diversity, among coriander land race.
