ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي ﺧﻠﺮ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮكﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي ﺧﻠﺮ در7 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﯿﺮاز، ﺑﻢ، ﺑﺎﻓﺖ1، ﺑﺎﻓﺖ2، راﺑﺮ، ﺑﺮدﺳﯿﺮ و ﮐﻮﻫﺒﻨﺎن و 5 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ، ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞﻫﺎي و0 0/05،- 0/15،- 0/3و- 0/75- ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳﮑﺎل ﺑﻮدﻧ.ﺪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﺗﺎ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞ 0/75- ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳﮑﺎل ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺎ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞ 0 ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳﮑﺎل( ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﺗﺎ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞ 0/05- ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳﮑﺎل ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ و ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ ﺷﺪن آب در دﺳﺘﺮس ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺷﺪت ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي راﺑﺮ و ﮐﻮﻫﺒﻨﺎن ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ در ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ را ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to study effect of drought stress on germination of some Grass pea (lathyrus sativus.) ecotypes a
factorial experiment in completely randomized design arrangement whit three replicate was conducted.
Factors include drought stress at 5 levels (0, -0.05, -0.15, -0.3, -0.75) and seven ecotypes of grass pea
(Shiraz, Bam, Baft1, Baft2, Rabor, Bardsir and Kohbanan). Investigate parameters in this experiment
were included speed of germination, germination percentage, shoot length and root length. Results
showed that in germination percentage up to -0.75 Mpa potential was not significantly different from
control (0 Mpa). Speed of germination up to -0.05 Mpa was not significantly different and decreased with
less water available to the seeds. increased drought stress, the ecotypes of Rubber and Kohbanan showed
the least decrease in root and shoot length.
