ﺟﻮ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺎم ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ).Hordeum vulgare L( ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ و ﻗﺪﯾﻤﯽﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن زراﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺳﺎزش و ﺗﺤﻤﻞ را ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ و ﮔﺮﻣﺎ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻏﻼت دارد و ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪودي ﻣﻘﺎوم ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ آب وﻫﻮاﯾﯽ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري دارد. ﺟﻬﺖ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺟﻮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮﻣﺎي آﺧﺮ ﻓﺼﻞ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﺰرﻋﻪاي در ﻃﯽ ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي زراﻋﯽ 98- 97 در اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي ﻣﻐﺎن اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮐﺮتﻫﺎي ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه )اﺳﭙﻠﯿﺖ ﭘﻼت( در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار ﺑﺎ 16 ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺟﻮ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ، اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﻧﻮع ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺑﺮاي ﻫﻤﻪي ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ و ﺑﺮاي ﺻﻔﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد. از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺻﻔﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي ﺷﻤﺎره 1و 9 ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص دادﻧﺪ وﻟﯽ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﺷﻤﺎره 1 ﻫﻢ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ و ﻫﻢ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎ داراي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ اﻧﻮاع ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎ ﺑﻮد. ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ در ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﺷﻤﺎره 4 ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﮐﻠﯽ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي ﺷﻤﺎره 1 و 5 ﻫﻢ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ و ﻫﻢ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص دادﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Barley (hordeum vulgare L.) is one of the most important and oldest crops that has the best adaptation
and tolerance to drought and heat conditions than other cereals and is partly drought tolerant and adapted
to different climatic conditions. In order to evaluate different varieties of barley genotypes to end- season
heat stress, a field experiment was conducted during 2018-2019 at the Agricultural Research Station of
Moghan College of Agriculture. The experiment was split plot with three replications with 16 advanced
barley genotypes. According to the results of analysis of variance of traits, the interaction of genotype
type in environment was significant for all evaluated traits at 1% probability level and at 5% probability
level for grain yield. In terms of grain yield, genotypes 1 and 9 had the highest values, but genotype 1 had
higher grain yield than other genotypes under both stress and normal conditions. The lowest grain yield
under stress conditions was observed in genotype 4. Generally, genotypes 1 and 5 had the highest values
for both traits under normal and stress conditions.
