ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻫﻤﺠﻮاري ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮوز ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺴﻢﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻨﺎب از ﺳﺎﯾﻪ در ﮔﯿﺎه ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎ ﻗﺮﻣﺰ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﺑﻬﺎر ﺳﺎل 96 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮدوﺳﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻃﺮح آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻃﺮح ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ 3 ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ، در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﺑﻠﻮﮐﻬﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ و در 4 ﺗﮑﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷ.ﺪ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر اول ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻃﻮل ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﻫﻤﺠﻮاري ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﺑﺎ ﮔﯿﺎه ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎﻗﺮﻣﺰ )15روز، 30روز و 45- روز(، ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر دوم ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﻫﻤﺠﻮار ﺑﺎ ﮔﯿﺎه ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎﻗﺮﻣﺰ)،1 2و 3 ﮔﯿﺎ(ه و ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر ﺳﻮم ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻧﻮع ﮔﻮﻧﻪي ﻫﻤﺠﻮار ﺑﺎ ﮔﯿﺎه ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎ ﻗﺮﻣﺰ و ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎﻗﺮﻣﺰ، ذرت، ﺳﻠﻤﻪﺗﺮه و ﺗﺎجﺧﺮوس ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد از ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎ، ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﻃﻮل ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﻫﻤﺠﻮاري ﺑﺮ روي ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات وزن ﺧﺸﮏ ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎﻗﺮﻣﺰ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑ.ﻮد ﺑﺪون در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻋﺪم ﻫﻤﺠﻮاري، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ زﯾﺴﺖﺗﻮدهي ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 21 ﮔﺮم در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ از ﺗﯿﻤﺎر 45 روز ﻫﻤﺠﻮاري ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺗﻔﮑﯿﮏ زﯾﺴﺖﺗﻮده، ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻧﻮر ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺮ روي اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ وزن ﺳﺎﻗﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ روي زﯾﺴﺖ ﺗﻮدهي ﮐﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ، ﺑﻪ ﻧﺤﻮي ﮐﻪ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر 45 روز ﻫﻤﺠﻮاري ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان زﯾﺴﺖ ﺗﻮدهي ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 5/2 ﮔﺮم ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺑﻮد، در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ ﮐﻪ زﯾﺴﺖﺗﻮدهي ﺑﺮگ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻃﻮل ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﻫﻤﺠﻮاري ﻗﺮار ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to evaluate the effect of neighboring plants on some shade avoidance mechanisms, an experiment
was conducted in Ferdowsi University of mashhad in 2016. farm in spring of 2016. The experimental was
designed as a factorial with 3 factors based on a randomized complete block design with 4 replications.
The first factor consisted of the neighboring period of the plants with red bean (15, 30 and 45 days), the
second factor included the number of plants adjacent to red beans (1, 2 and 3 plants) and the third factor
included After completing the neighboring time for each treatment, all plants neighbored with target plant
(central) were removed and the target plant remained to grow. This work was performed 15, 30 and 45
days after planting. In the third stage (45 days of neighboring), after removing the third groups of
neighboring plants, all target plants were harvested and some morphological traits such as plant height.
The results showed that among the factors, only the duration of neighboring was effective on dry weight
changes of red bean. The maximum red bean biomass (21 g / plant) was obtained from 45 days of
neighbor-free treatment, regardless of non-neighbor treatment. After biomass separation, it was found that
the decrease in light quality had effect on shoot biomass consequent with shoot stretching for light. At the
45 days neighboring, the highest amount of shoot biomass was 5/2 gr, while light quality had no effect on
leaf biomass
