ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ دﮔﺮآﺳﯿﺒﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه ﮐﯿﻨﻮا ﺑﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﻧﺨﻮد، آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻠﯽ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ 4 ﺗﮑﺮار در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژي ﭘﺮدﯾﺲ ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه رازي در ﺳﺎل 1398 اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 5 ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﯽ 0 ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، 2/5، 7/5،5 و 10 درﺻﺪ و ﺑﺮگ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﮔﯿﺎه ﮐﯿﻨﻮا ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ داده ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ دﮔﺮآﺳﯿﺒﯽ اﻧﺪام ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﯿﺎه ﮐﯿﻨﻮا ﺑﺮ روي ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ داده ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﯽ، ﺻﻔﺎت ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ و درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯿﺒﻄﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧ.ﺪ ﺑﻄﻮرﯾﮑﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﯽ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﮐﯿﻨﻮا و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 10 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮد.واﮐﻨﺶ ﺻﻔﺎت وزن ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﯽ اﻧﺪام ﻫﺎب ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﯿﺎه ﮐﯿﻨﻮا ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﺑﻮد. ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 5 درﺻﺪ ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﯽ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﮐﯿﻨﻮا در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ وزن ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ ﻧﺨﻮد ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate the effect of Quinoa on the germination characteristics of chickpea seed, a factorial experiment based on a completely randomized design with four replications was conducted in Razi University Campus of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Razi University in 2019. The studied factors included 5 concentrations of aqueous extract (0 (control), 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10%) and leaves and stems of Quinoa. Analysis of variance showed that the effects of different organs of Quinoa on all traits were significant. The results of mean comparison showed that with increasing concentration of aqueous extract, germination rate, mean germination rate and percentage of germination were significantly decreased. The highest inhibitory effect was related to aqueous extract of Quinoa stem and 10% concentration. The response of root and shoot dry weight, root and shoot length was different under different aqueous extracts of Quinoa. 5% concentration of aqueous extract of Quinoa stalks increased root dry weight of chickpea compared to other concentrations of control and control treatments.
