ﺑﺮاي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺛﺮ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر و ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻬﻢ ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ زﯾﺮه ﺳﺒﺰ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺑﺎﻫﻨﺮ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1397-1398 در ﻗﺎب ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در 5 ﺗﮑﺮار و 9 ﺗﯿﻤﺎر اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر و ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ(، ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ دوﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺴﯿﻠﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ )0/25 و 0/5 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر(، ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺴﯿﻠﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ در دوﺳﻄﺢ )0/25 و0/5 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر(، ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ دوﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮاﺳﯿﻨﻮاﺳﺘﺮوﺋﯿﺪ )0/5 و 0/75 ﻣﯿﮑﺮو ﻣﻮﻻر(، ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﺮاﺳﯿﻨﻮ اﺳﺘﺮوﺋﯿﺪ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ )0/5 و 0/75 ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻣﻮﻻر( ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺗﮏ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺗﮏ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل 5 درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﻧﺒ.ﻮد ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﺮاﺳﯿﻨﻮاﺳﺘﺮوﺋﯿﺪ ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 0/75 ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻣﻮﻻر ﺑﺎ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ )39/80(، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ )1171/6( و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺗﮏ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ )15/282 ﮔﺮم( ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﻧﺸﺎن داد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to evaluate the effect of pretreatment and hormonal spraying on yield and important traits of
cumin, an experiment was conducted at the research farm of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman in
growing season of 2018-2019 in Randomized Block Design with 5 replications and 9 treatments.
Treatments included control (without pretreatment and foliar spray), pretreatment with two
concentrations of salicylic acid (0.25, 0.5 mM), pretreatment with two levels of salicylic acid spray
(0.25 and 0.5 mM), pretreatment with two levels of brassinosteroid (0.5 and 0.75 μM) and
pretreatment with two levels of brassinosteroid foliar spray (0.5 and 0.75 μM). Analysis of variance
showed that the effect of treatments on number of umbrella per plant, number of seeds per plant and
grain yield per plant were significant at 5% probability level, while no significant effect was observed
on plant height and 1000 seed weight. Mean comparisons showed that pretreatment with
brassinosteroid foliar spray at 0.75 mM concentration with the highest number of umbrella per plant
(80.39), number of seeds per plant (6.1171) and yield per plant (282.15) showed significant difference
compared with control
