چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﮐﻮد زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻧﯿﺘﺮاژﯾﻦ ﺑﺮ اﺟﺰاء ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و درﺻﺪ روﻏﻦ ﺳﻪ رﻗﻢ ﮐﻠﺰا در ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1397-96 در ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻬﺒﻬﺎن، ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ 6 ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻪ رﻗـﻢ ﮐﻠﺰا ﺑﺎ ﻧﺎﻣﻬﺎي ﻫﺎﯾﻮﻻ 308 ، ﻫﺎﯾﻮﻻ 401 و 3000 Rg در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ و ﻋﺪم ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي در4 ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷـﺪ . ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻧﯿﺘﺮاژﯾﻦ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺧﻮرﺟﯿﻦ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧـﻪ، درﺻـﺪ روﻏـﻦ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑـﺮد روﻏـﻦ، درﺻـﺪ وﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد. اﻣﺎ ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺧﻮرﺟﯿﻦ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻗﺮار ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ. ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ آزﻣـﻮن داﻧﮑـﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﻧﯿﺘﺮاژﯾﻦ20 درﺻﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ داﺷﺖ و ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ رﻗﻢ ﻫﺎﯾﻮﻻ 401 ﺑﺎ 2195 ﮐﯿﻠﻮ ﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ رﻗﻢ 3000 Rg ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 55 درﺻﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﺑﯿﺸـﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻـﺪ روﻏـﻦ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ رﻗﻢ ﻫﺎﯾﻮﻻ 401 ﺑﺎ 44/74 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﯾﺎ رﻗﻢ ﻫﺎي ﻫﺎﯾﻮﻻ 308 و 3000 Rg ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 8 درﺻﺪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد. اﺛﺮﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﻧﯿﺘﺮاژﯾﻦ رﻗﻢ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻓﻘﻂ درﺻﺪ روﻏﻦ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار 44/17 درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
To analyze the effect of biological fertilizer of aztobacter on qualitative and quantitative
characteristics of 3 digits canola in Khozistan province a test has been conducted in the gricultural
year of 1387-88 in Behbahan city in a test factorial in a complete block plans of 9 random )Including
HYaula cultivar 308 in two levels, i.e., with or without the use of aztobactor, 401 haula cultivar with
or without the use of aztobactor and also RG3000 cultivar with or without the use of liquid
aztobactor(.4 repetition and traits such as husk in shrub, the number of seeds in shrub, weight of
thousand seeds, operation, percentage of oil, activity of oil, percentage of protein and its activities,
have been studied. The results obtained show that the effects of aztobacter on characters analyzed in
each thousand seeds, activity of the seeds, percentage of the oil, activity of the oil, percentage of
protein and protein’s activity in 1% are meaningful. and also the bad effect of aztobacter on husk of
shrub has meaningful differences in 5%, but no meaningful differences in the number of seeds in husk.
The comparison between the means using the Dancan test showed that The seed’s yield has increased
to 18% due to the application of aztobacter. The highest increase in yield was for Halula brand 401
which was 2195 kh/ha. It had 58% increase in comparison with RG 3000 cultivar. There was 4%
increase in oil amount due to aztobactor application. The highest amount of oil increase was 44.74 for
haula brand 401 which had 3 % increase in comparison with haula 308 and RG 3000 brand. The
interaction of aztobactor cultivar showed that only the oil percentage in possibility level 1 % was
meaningful in 44.17 %.
