ﺳﯿﺎه داﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ اﺛﺮ ﮔﺬاري ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ، از دﯾﺮﺑﺎز ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﺑﺮ اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎي ﺳﯿﺎه داﻧﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در دي ﻣﺎه ﺳﺎل 1397در ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﭘﺮدﯾﺲ اﺑﻮرﯾﺤﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻬﺮان اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﻮري در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، ﺷﻮري 5 و 10 دﺳﯽ زﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺳﺎده اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎي ﺳﯿﺎه داﻧﻪ روي ﺻﻔﺖ ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ رزن و زاﺑﻞ 1 ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ و اﮐﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﺧﻤﯿﻨﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان را ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ. ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري در ﻫﺮدو ﺳﻄﺢ 5 و 10 دﺳﯽ زﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ،ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري در ﻣﻘﺪار ﭘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Black seed due to various therapeutic effects has long been considered as a medicinal plant, to
investigate the effect of salinity stress on different ecotypes of black seed, a factorial experiment
based on randomized complete block design with three replications in January .It took place at the
Aboureihan campus of University of Tehran. Salinity treatment was considered at three levels as
control, 5 and 10 dS / m. According to the comparison table, the mean salinity stress on chlorophyll,
and proline was significant. Investigation of the effect of salinity stress on black ecotypes on
chlorophyll traits showed that ecotype Razan and Zabol1 Khomeini and Ecotype showed the least.
Analysis of proline showed that stress had the highest amount of proline which had significant
difference with stress and control.
