در اﯾﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ دار ﮐﺮدن ﺑﺬر ﮐﻠﺰا )رﻗﻢ ﻫﺎﯾﻮﻻ50( ﺑﺮ روي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮ ﺳﻨﺘﺰي ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ )ﺗﺠﺎرﺗﯽ( و ﮐﺮﺑﻮﮐﺴﯽ ﻣﺘﯿﻞ ﺳﻠﻮﻟﺰ CMC)( ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ، در ﻣﻮﺳﺴﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت اﺻﻼح و ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﺑﺬر ﭼﻐﻨﺪرﻗﻨﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﮑﺮار و ﺷﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺪون ﭘﻮﺷﺶ )ﻟﺨﺖ( و درﺻﺪ وزﻧﯽ ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮ ﭘﻨﺞ ﻣﻘﺪار 0/5، 1، 1/5، 2 و 3 ﮔﺮم ﺑﻪ ازاي ﯾﮑﺼﺪﮔﺮم ﺑﺬر ﮐﻠﺰا اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﭘﺲ از ﭘﻮﺷﺶ دار ﮐﺮدن ﻃﺒﻖ روش ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ اﯾﺴﺘﺎ، در ژرﻣﯿﻨﺎﺗﻮر اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر)ﻗﻮه ﻧﺎﻣﯿﻪ( در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷ.ﺖ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬور )ﻗﻮه ﻧﺎﻣﯿﻪ( ﭘﻮﺷﺶ دﻫﯽ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ ﮐﺮﺑﻮﮐﺴﯽ ﻣﺘﯿﻞ ﺳﻠﻮﻟﺰ CMC)( ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ، 97/58 درﺻﺪ و ﺑﺎ ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮ ﺳﻨﺘﺰي ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ )ﺗﺠﺎرﺗﯽ( 96/92 درﺻﺪ در ﯾﮏ ﺳﻄﺢ آﻣﺎري ﻗﺮار داﺷﺘﻨ.ﺪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮي ﺑﺬر در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﺑﺮ وزن ﺧﺸﮏ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﮔﺬاﺷﺘﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮي ﺑﺬر ﺑﺮ وزن ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻫﺎ، ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ ﮐﺮﺑﻮﮐﺴﯽ ﻣﺘﯿﻞ ﺳﻠﻮﻟﺰ ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ، ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 0/5 ﮔﺮم در 100 ﮔﺮم ﺑﻮد ﮔﺮﭼﻪ، ﺗﺎ 2/5 ﮔﺮم در 100 ﮔﺮم ﺑﺬر اﺛﺮ ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪه اي ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﮐﻠﺰا ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮﻫﺎي ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ از ﻧﻈﺮ زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﺣﺎﺋﺰ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮع ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study aimed to determine the effect of seed coating by synthetic chemical polymer
(commercial) and Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) 1% on canola (Hayola 50) seed germination in seed
control laboratory of Sugar Beet Seed Institute in Karaj, Iran in 2019. The study was based on randomized
complete block design with four replications including six treatments of bare seed (as control), seeds
coated with imported polymer at one level, and seeds coated with chemical polymerase and CMC 1% at
five levels including 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 and 3g/100g seeds. Seed germination was measured in germinator after
coating according to the static international method. Results showed no significant difference among
treatments in terms of seed germination rate. Seed germination of the seeds coated with CMC1% polymer
was 97.58%, and with synthetic chemical polymer was 96.92%, respectively (P<0.01). Different
treatments of polymer coating had a significant effect on plumule dry weight (P<0.05) whereas no
significant effect on rootlet dry weight was observed. Mean comparison results showed that the most
appropriate use of CMC1% was of 0.5g/100g seeds with no deterrent effect on seed germination up to 2.5
g/100 g seeds. Since natural polymer application is important for environment safety, application of these
kind of polymers is recommended.
