اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﻣﮑﺎن ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺳﯿﺐزﻣﯿﻨﯽ ﺑﺬري از ﻧﺸﺎء ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺗﯿﻮﺑﺮ و ﻣﯿﻨﯽﺗﯿﻮﺑﺮ ﮐﻮﭼﮏﺗﺮ از 10 ﮔﺮم در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ اردﺑﯿﻞ در ﺳﺎل 1398 اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺸﺎء ﻫﺎي ﺳﯿﺐزﻣﯿﻨﯽ در ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﺸﺎورزي زرع ﮔﺴﺘﺮآرﺗﺎ ﭘﺮورش داده و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ اردﺑﯿﻞ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل داده ﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎءﻫﺎي ﺳﯿﺐزﻣﯿﻨﯽ رﻗﻢ آﮔﺮﯾﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺗﯿﻮﺑﺮ و ﻣﯿﻨﯽﺗﯿﻮﺑﺮ ﮐﻮﭼﮏﺗﺮ از 10 ﮔﺮم در ﺑﺴﺘﺮ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ ﻣﺨﻠﻮﻃﯽ از ﮐﻮﮐﻮﭘﯿﺖ و ﭘﺮﻟﯿﺖ و ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﻣﯿﻨﯽﺗﯿﻮﺑﺮ ﺑﺰرگ-ﺗﺮ از 10 ﮔﺮم، ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻃﺮح آﻣﺎري ﺑﻠﻮكﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﺎﻗﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻏﺪه در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، وزن ﻏﺪه در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻏﺪه و ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﻣﺼﺮف آب اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار وﺟﻮد دارد. ﮐﺎراﺋﯽ ﻣﺼﺮف آب در ﮐﺸﺖ ﻧﺸﺎﺋﯽ ﻣﯿﻨﯽﺗﯿﻮﺑﺮ ﮐﻮﭼﮏﺗﺮ از 10 ﮔﺮم و ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﻣﯿﻨﯽﺗﯿﻮﺑﺮ ﺑﺰرگﺗﺮ از 10 ﮔﺮم و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻏﺪه در ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﻣﯿﻨﯽﺗﯿﻮﺑﺮ ﺑﺰرگﺗﺮ از 10 ﮔﺮم، از ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺳﻮدﻣﻨﺪي، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﮐﺸﺖ ﻧﺸﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﯿﻨﯽﺗﯿﻮﺑﺮ ﮐﻮﭼﮏﺗﺮ از 10 ﮔﺮم، ﮐﺸﺖ ﻧﺸﺎﺋﯽ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺗﯿﻮﺑﺮ و ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﻣﯿﻨﯽﺗﯿﻮﺑﺮ ﺑﺰرگﺗﺮ از10 ﮔﺮم ﻣﻘﺮون ﺑﻪ ﺻﺮﻓﻪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
This study was performed aimed to investigate the possibility of seed potato production from
transplant of microtuber and minituber smaller than 10 gr in Ardabil region during 2019. Potato
transplants were produced in the greenhouse of Zar-Gostar-e-Arta Agricultural Company and then was
moved to farm of Ardebil Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Station. In this experiment,
transpalnts of Agria cultivar potato consisting of microtuber and minituber smaller than 10 gr and
direct cultivation of minituber bigger than 10 gr were investigated, based on randomized complete
block design with three replications. The results of variance analysis showed significant differences
among the transplants in terms of main stem number per plant, plant height, tuber number per plant,
tuber weight per plant, tuber yield and water use efficiency. The water use efficiency were highest in
transplantation culture from minituber smaller than 10 gr and direct cultivation of minituber bigger
than 10 gr and tuber yield in direct cultivation of minituber bigger than 10 gr. In terms of cost-benefit
index are affordable in the transplantation culture minituber smaller than 10 gr, microtuber and direct
cultivation of minituber bigger than 10 gr.
